The staff here are all friendly and we have never had a bad experience. The owners are so nice!
I only order ice cream from here. If they warmed the waffle cone I'd add another star.

Would give a 0 star if I could. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. If you don’t park perfectly at the drive thru the lady purposely throws your change at you and yells at you! They told us not to come back, but we didn’t plan to. You workers are ugly on the inside! Thanks for my money back to! I’ll be calling corporate.

It closes for the cold months but the ice and custard is top notch
I stopped at Rita's with my son. It has been awhile since we have gone there. The man who says his name is Jay or Mike berated me in front of my son. He made the wrong item then yelled at me saying I was confused. My son had to tell him to be respectful... then he charged me for the item he made wrong that was thrown away. When I emailed the manager, the same man who yelled at me called me and was even more rude on the phone. I've never left an I icecream place in tears and will never go back.
