Came here on a Wednesday at 11:30 and place looked abandoned. Phone mumber out of service.

Trying hard to be nice here- pizza was on the level of a frozen pizza or Wawa pizza maybe a 6/10 pie. crust had a decent taste but a dusting of corn starch that seems to be remnant of other pizzas looks like cig ash. Looking at their kitchen cleanliness it most certainly is. cheese generic sauce acidic and left a bad taste in my mouth. I didn’t finish half of the pizza which is not the norm for me. No interest in finishing it now…

I wanted to eat in as I walked there for a river walk across lovely Williamsport but the flies wouldn’t leave me alone and tables were sticky and dirty. Horrible overall but pizza is maybe mid

Had ordered from here for the first time this evening. To think how much money I’ve wasted on these local pizza shops in my area just sickens me knowing you guys are just across the river!!! By far the BEST Italian sub I’ve ever eaten!!! Tysm!! Found my new pizza shop!! 10+ ⭐️

Got the $10 special cheesteak, it was underwhelming... Soft bread with no crisp or pull is not my favorite. The steak was over seasoned.

I don't like to be this guy to leave a bad review on a small local business, however the last two times we have ordered from here I've been extremely disappointed in the service and the food, about two weeks ago my wife and I ordered a cheesesteak on a Thursday the person who took our order said it would be an hour wait, okay no biggie, I personally waited an hour and fifteen minutes before I arrived to pick up our dinner, when I got there I was asked if I called in I advised the young man we did and what we ordered, he looked for our order and couldn't find the finished order, he asked the young lady working about our order and she said that it was not done, in fact we have not even started the order yet, I said we were told and hour and it's been well over an hour, she shrugged her shoulders and said we're busy and would take at least an additional half hour, that to me is not good customer service in fact to me it is horrible customer service, she acted as if she did not even care, so I told them not to bother making our sub just cancel our order, she just said okay as if she didn't even care, then just this past Sunday 03.23.2025 my wife tried to call an order in and no one answered the phone, she had called multiple times for 20 minutes, so she went to the shop and when she arrived there were no customers in the shop, and the young man who took her order acted as if my wife was inconveniencing him, she ordered three subs, one cheesesteak with fired onions and fried green peppers and mayonnaise, the second cheesesteak was order plain just meat and cheese, the third sub was a roast beef no onions, no peppers but everything else, my wife arrived home and checked the cheesesteaks and the one she order for herself and friend had raw onions and were not the correct peppers, they were the banana peppers and the onions were raw not fried, we left our company to go back down to have the cheesesteak remade, when I arrived at the shop I explained to the one young man how the cheesesteak was made incorrectly, the other guy working with him came over to the counter and I quote, said to me " you really want us to remake this because it has banana peppers instead of fried green peppers", I answered back, "yes" because that is not what we ordered, I told him it was to be fried green peppers and fried onions, with attitude he said okay, we waited for about a half hour for them to remake our sandwich, when it was finished they gave it to me, we went home opened it up and my wife checked it to make sure it was remade correctly, and NO it was not they once again put raw onions on the cheesesteak, we tried calling them back multiple time to tell them it was still made incorrectly, and no one answered the phone, my wife and I order from this place often and have been pleased with the food and never had any issues with our orders until now, before I wrote this post I sent two private message to them letting them know I wanted to speak to the owners, in regards to this issue with no response from anyone, I did not recommend this place because things seem to have gone down hill over the past few weeks, it seems as though the employees don't care and that is a shame because I know the people who own the place are good people, and yet their employees are ruining their business they have worked so hard to stay open through all the tough time that small businesses have had over the past four to five years, I hope things change soon for the better, again I hate to be the guy to leave a bad review for a small business,

Come on if someone asks for a plain cheese steak it shouldn’t look like this I understand the other toppings fill up the sub but this is just crazy

Order a cheese steak with fried onions got raw onions and no cheese half the meat was hanging out of the foil that it was wrapped and leaked all over very very bad sub very bad will never go back again. Plus, the cost was over $16.00!!!!

Repeated order 3 times. Still was wrong. Unless you eat there I would not recommend

Went to riverside on christmas eve to get a sub and only one guy was there holding it down dude was taking orders on the phone and making subs took my order and was polite and professional. I didn't get his name but the owner should do everything he can to hold onto him he is an excellent worker

Food is good, but I sat there for 30 minutes. After the four people made the other orders, they all went in the back while I sat there. After 20 minutes, I asked if my order was going to be finished soon. They hadn’t even started. Still took the 10 minutes to make two subs. Don’t like complaining, but this is pushing it. Won’t be back for a long time.

Love the pizza, and order from here often.... However after tonight's piss poor experience, contemplating spending our money elsewhere. I only do positive reviews for businesses, as I like to promote, not tear down. Tonight is the exception. Was out and about with family today, and I called an order for a large pepperoni pizza pie. Was told 30 mins so we got there in about 35 mins, and they laughed in our face and said, "oh, we forgot that and never made it. We'll make it now, just wait about another 25 mins." Didn't apologize, and didn't so much as offer us a cold soda while we sat there being inconvenienced. Then, the total was $20.02. We gave a twenty dollar bill and fumbled around for the .02 through wallets and purses and the guy at the counter, rather than offering to not worry about the $.02, stood there like HE was inconvenienced for waiting a few minutes while we rounded up the two pennies. I mean, WHAT. THE. ACTUAL. HELL? I cannot remember being so pissed at an eating establishment, but this was horrible in a number of ways. Pizza was great as usual, but the customer experience sucked and was the worst. I hope it wasn't the owner there, and that it was just two employees who obviously don't give a shit about customer service and even courtesy. I've now wasted even more time on this experience than the 25 extra minutes waiting on them to start our pizza order when they were standing around and the place was empty, being laughed at, digging around for 2 lousy cents, and now providing this lousy review which goes against what I do and really disappoints me. But horrible this eve. I think this may have been the last time I patronize this place. I'm livid pissed at this experience to say the least.

Don't know where all these five star reviews came from for this place extremely overpriced the food is okay and the place is a complete dump I went there and asked for double meat on a hoagie and they tried charging me seven extra dollars on a $14 sub
