I used to order and will not go back. I ordered a full sheet unicorn cake. I went to pick up and besides being so ugly they made two half sheets and charged me more money. Design was on one. I was told the things to put the case on did not come in on time. Also flies were allover the items. I mentioned it and it was brushed off. The cake was very ugly.

Ordered a birthday cake but it was already in the box, closed and taped when I picked it up which isn’t normal. Usually they show you how beautiful it is decorated. Opened box up for a party and 2 big chunks were laying in the box cracks in the top, sinking on the sides, and not centered on the plate. Looked like they tried to glue it back together with icing.
Be honest with a customer and let them know there was a problem. Don’t hide it and let the customer find it later like 5 minutes before it is being used. Long time customer but my loyalty ended here!

i ordered a cake and the day i picked it up the icing was cracking all over the cake, it was the wrong color and the design was wrong. it was supposed to be a heart shaped cake and it wasn’t! the whole thing was sloppy and ruined the birthday surprise.

The past few years the service and product presentation have gone down hill. They refused to put the requested color frosting on the cake because they didn't want to make a new batch in one case. In another we received our cake still in the pan. The sides did not having any frosting. No cookies in the case. Very disappointing compared to the years of great products we have enjoyed before.

First and foremost , “WOW!” The cookies were unbelievable as well as the service. I came in after really stressful morning, just trying to clear my mind. I was greeted by I believe his name was Sean, he recommended a sticky bun for my son, and I’ll you what, we’re coming back for more. It’s the little things in life sometimes, and thank you Roy’s, and thank you Sean.-Will
I wanted a cake at the last minute. I ordered at 9:00 a.m. in the morning and was able to receive my cake at 1:00 p.m. It was gorgeous and so delicious. I used to live in Williamsport and always loved these vanilla cakes with vanilla icing. I haven't had one in probably 15 to 20 years and this was just as delicious as I ever remember it being, maybe even more so. The decorating was so amazing for such a short notice! Thank you Roy's bakery?
