Terrible service ! 45 min wait for food… waiter did not put order in, blamed it on the kitchen. Many people unhappy with service.. waited 10 min for change because he kept doing other things. Server ended up telling us we were rude and he wasn’t an octopus. Never again will I go there. We were on a time limit for a show as were many other people .
First time visiting this past Saturday night. Restaurant was about a 2/3 of the way full. Took a few minute to acknowledge us at the hostess station. Another few minutes to seat us. Long wait for drinks. We waited 38 minutes for our cold food which should have been hot. Fries and chicken were cold and bland. Smashburger was decent.
