Starbucks

Pulled through for my order and was scolded by the staff for not giving them enough time I wasn’t in a hurry and they could have asked me to pull back around as they were working on it but instead the septum piercing employee came to the window to scold me about my order. I had already tipped her right before she opened the window to scold me like a child. Starbucks is just not the same and it’s probably be my last visit.

Super rude and REALLY racist made me wait 20 minutes AND GOT MY DRINK WRONG. Was very rude when he seen my darker skin color. Man was light skin, had a beard and facial piercings FIRE FIRE FIRE

Swung by on a road trip and was so impressed with the friendliness of the staff, despite the fact that it was very busy. They were efficient but clearly enjoyed their work, and I was sad to leave! Definitely a great experience.

Absolutely the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I am (or was because I sadly moved away from this location) a very frequent customer, nearly daily when I lived here. I always got the same drink, unless I was feeling adventurous some days.
The staff knew me to the point where they would say hi as I pulled into the drive through and let me know they already have my order ready for me. I’m in a wheelchair, so drive thru was usually my selection, but occasionally I wanted to go inside. If any of the baristas saw me coming, they would quickly run over to hold the door for me. That type of kindness is what this world needs.

My drink is usually the exact same daily and always made with care and accuracy.

This location was the only reason I was sad to leave Williamsport area, but if I’m ever in town — I will always stop here!

If any of the baristas are reading this review, you all are awesome — keep doing what you’re doing and don’t stop being the sweet souls you are.

Food portions keep getting smaller. Better value is a sit down, locally owned restaurant. Baristas with nose rings are a real turn off.

It used to be a good location. Not sure why it has gone downhill. I have been going to the one in Muncy for the last year (even though it is out of my way) because the Williamsport one messes up a frappe every time! Last night I was in Williamsport and decided I would stop in and get a caramel ribbon frappe. Again, the girl messed it up. Talk about frustrating!

20250518 Restroom was clean. Cherry Chai Latte with Coconut Milk was as expected, and so was the walnuts banana bread. Service was good, but not welcoming.

Excellent service at this location - the staff are STELLAR! The employees staffing the drive-through during the early morning shift at this location are absolutely wonderful. Their friendly and pleasant demeanor - whether I'm dropping by at 5:00 am or 9:00 am - always makes my mornings just a little bit better.
