Ordered a bulk amount of subs for my Army Reserve unit today. And just wow. The more subs you get, the less you get on your sub apparently. Sloppy and lazy work. We got about half of what we paid for.

Edit: We ordered bulk subs again today, they were much less sad than yesterdays but still could use some work.

It’s been a decade or so since eating at a subway. My wife and I happened to be in the area having our vehicle worked on so stopped for lunch. The gentleman behind the counter said nothing. I said what I’d like and that was it. I said thank you and he didn’t acknowledge. He piled the toppings in a way that I have to remove everything and put the sub together myself. The point is, there is a lack of people skills and no desire to even be there. This was my perspective anyway. It’s clearly a public environment where the main objective is to serve people food. To top it off, the sprite was empty. It tasted like carbonated water. Due to vibes I got from the man at the counter, I didn’t want to say anything. So we ate our subs, through the drinks out and were on our way. It’s not the place I remember as a younger person! Food prices doubled and customer service and professionalism is non existent.

I placed an order via the app. I go to pickup my food and not only is it not ready but he decided to make the peoples food that was standing there instead of making the food that was already paid for. I’m on a 30 minute lunch hence the app order. Not only did I waste the majority of my lunch I didn’t get to have one. Severely disappointed.

I need to explain why I can't give a better review at this point,we ordered through Uber Eats,my food was good ?. My daughter's came and I have no idea what happened, I ordered a plain footlong Turkey and American Toasted,... simple enough. What came was a jacked up spinach turkey footlong with smashed avocado and all sorts of things ??.. called the store about it as we literally eat there daily. Got the, sure, bring me the sandwich and I will replace it for free... well Uber eats would not answer us to come take it back to fix ?, and Subway wasn't willing to do anything about it until they got the messed up sub 1st!!! Really like I need a spinach turkey avocado and God No's what else was on it sub that bad to lie to them and get it free ??. Spend $9-$11 in there daily but they have to get their mistake back before I get anywhere. Well, my daughter loves the Turkey and American Toasted, so they are lucky but I refuse to get anything for myself anymore ???And as far as the Uber Eats driver,he got the worst review!!!!Have to edit the reviews as they have redeemed themselves as well as Uber Eats with their delivery of them!! Great come back!!!!

Wheelchair accessibility: The location on E 3rd St is fairly accessible ? I said it that way as the actual inside of the restaurant is extremely small and what room is there for a chair to manipulate around in has high tables and chairs in the way. There's no actual wheelchair accessible seating so would have to just pull up to the end of one of the 4 or 5 booths, but then I feel that person is blocking the seating in back of them. Hopefully it's not a busy day ???

This is bar far the WORST subway in town. I live a couple blocks away and it’s a nice quick healthy meal after a long 12 hour shift when this girls hungry. We give this subway a lot of business, but they will never get my business ever again!! I got a buffalo chicken wrap, and it had a long piece of hair stuck in the wrap. They wouldn’t give me a free wrap and clearly they saw the hair in it ?The staff doesn’t wear hairnets they never wash their hands in between serving people. The tables are dirty the floors are dirty. The staff complains the whole time. Or they won’t help their other coworker by taking orders instead they are stocking things, or cleaning the tables when there are 10 people waiting in line to get food. That’s the kind of stuff you do during downtime. DISGUSTING! Also, the one night around 7:00 PM I went in to get a wrap and all the workers are on their phones! Manager who?! who is managing this subway apparently no one because the service is literally awful. I will be telling ALL of my family and friends to not give this subway business!
