I was today picking up an order, over heard a lady ask the manager to change his gloves after he touched the screen on the cash register. He got pissy and acted like a kid and not a manger. He threw the food in trash, idk if he made the ladies food or what.But that man acted like a child not a boss

Cantina chicken bowl was laughable. $9 for barely enough dried up bottom of the pan chicken to make one taco, some fresh scraped black beans and a handful of condiments. Also idk how to say this but the store itself felt sticky and in need of a wash down.

Yesterday we ordered lunch and it was eh. New chicken menu and there was barely anything. And today I thought let me order a redemption lunch. And ive been standing here for 30 minutes and the poor drive through girl keeps checking my order and they probably have the slowest cook/grill team Ive ever seen. Seriously. They have been taking out their phones with their gloves on while a full room of people are standing here, including doordashers. As someone who as worked fast food, by this time we would of already switched people around if their not doing so well in their positions ? this taco bell is VERY mid. Its always something everytime I come here.

My family don't eat out much. I ordered 2 crunchwrap supremes and the 12 taco box. Spent $36 on the meaI didn't get one pack of sauce. Wasn't ask or anything just figured it came with meal guess not. Last time I got to any Taco Bell. Now to dollar store to get taco sauce...
i went through the drive through the other day and this girl took my order, i think her name was savannah. but she was super sweet and she had a nice energy. she sure made me smile when she started doing a country accent repeating my order back to me. i got to the window and she had a big smile on her face. she continued with her accent and i loved it

hope you don’t expect to get what you ask and pay for.i cannot eat sour cream and just about every time i ask for it not on my stuff, they include it. also why do they ask if you want sauce in the drive through if they never end up giving it to you? i used to really like this taco bell but its not even worth going to anymore.
