And seemed not well acquainted with the menu or how to join the TR VIP..He forgot to bring out our appetizer (blooming onion), so we had him deduct it from our bill. The food was great except for the entree we ordered TO GO.. (chicken strip basket green beans and steak fries), when we got home, we found the Chicken Strips were so overcooked and hard, they had to be thrown out...(total waste of $14.00 + tax)Vegetarian options: Vegetarian sides 4 for $10.99!

I used to come here all the time and never had complaints. Now whenever I order take out it’s NEVER ready for the time I choose and I have to wait an extra 30 mins to get my food. UNACCEPTABLE. Next time I’ll order somewhere else to save my own time. And now someone is wiping the windows. Priorities need to be straightened out asap.

The food is good, and of course, part of the enjoyment of Texas Road House is the atmosphere. If you want calm and quiet, look elsewhere because TRH is pretty typically a very loud and fairly entertaining experience. The servers have always been good to us and, at the very least, seem to enjoy their jobs.

My sister and I frequently come to this particular texas roadhouse. I have to say though this time the service was absolutely phenomenal. Aden kept our drinks full, was always around so it was easy to ask for anything we needed. He asked how our food was and was extremely friendly and attentive. Might just ask for him the next time we show. Good job Aden!

This is the fourth try at having a 6 oz Sirloin cooked to pure medium Comes out rare to almost raw...Or it goes out well and dry. Tonight was very rare and the fix was to make it well...did have one area that was a bit light pink. They tried to give the meal to us free but it was free already...we were using our Veterans Day Coupon. Will be hard to go back again.

I'm not a fan of how they run the front section before you get a table, but I'm not in the restaurant business, so it is what it is.Parking: They are always packed, so parking can be a challenge.Kid-friendliness: Very kids friendly with the staff and the menus.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessible all around, and their app allows you to select any needed special accommodations.

Took forever to get our food and our appetizer was forgotten about and the waiter didn’t come and check to see how we were doing. Also completely forgot about utensils and to check and refill drinks. I would not recommend coming to this Texas Roadhouse.
