Kristin was working on the ice coffees and did a very great job
In the past 2 weeks on 3 different occasions, I went into this Wawa to no coffee. they have one kind sat out everything else has closed signs on them. with nothing brewing. Usually the coffee station is so congested because the lay out has the order screens 4 feet from the coffee station. Then you have the pickup windows on the same side. I've been to tons of wawas and I've never seen this level of incompetence. So I started going back to Sheetz where I can get a bigger cup for less and they always have coffee.
Not like any Wawa I’ve known growing up. Already tried reaching out to corporate too. Wawa since competing with sheets more. Sheets has picked up their game and taken things seriously. Wawa seems to have gotten cocky and started slacking big time.
I come here for the coffee and because I like the dark Cuban roast they have. My husband love the seasonal coffees. But the second it hits second shift the coffee is more like coffee flavored tea half the time. It burns your mouth it’s boiling hot, it’s there at all.
9/10x when I come in for my morning coffee the coffee isn’t even there only regular or decaf brewed. It’s a good day if there’s more than that. A lot of times they just put closed signs over the coffee for the afternoon on most of the urns. Never seen this at a Wawa before.
And a small 12oz coffee is 1.99 why am I going to pay that when sheets has small 16 oz coffee for 1.99 and their coffee is always stocked and machine made so it doesn’t come out like coffee tea.
Williamsport destroyed Wawa like it destroys everything else. Wawa needs to step their game up at that location because I don’t see wawas in my hometown acting this way.
Never mind the fact I feel like I’m going clubbing half the time the music is blaring. You’d think this Wawa doesn’t have a manger.
As far as customer service goes, I see nothing wrong there. It was my first time ordering here & idk what happened to my wrap. It looks like it was squeezed but I didn’t do that? I guess I shouldn’t expect much when pay $2.50 but this was a little….odd.
Compared to sheetz, WAWA Has great food ,it's very clean despite the high traffic, My personal interaction with any employee has been pleasant, people don't realize the BS that employees are put through from nasty, rude customers! There will always be 1 or 2 people unhappy in their position it's life! But I'd recommend WAWA To anyone!!
Love the food sometimes a bit cold if doing a mobile order and some items used less on orders have been noted. But the beverages have been a delight.
Staff is friendly, only had the ice coffees but they are delicious 😋
I mean to be honest I do like Wawa and this one is one of the better ones I've been to... Why was getting super expensive I mean I've spent more money at Walmart to get a meal then at a restaurant sometimes lol I don't know what the heck is going on But I guess inflation? Lol
Very dirty for a new store , workers not pleasant at all with each other 😡spent more time arguing with each other and gossiping than doing food orders . SMH never again at this Wawa .. Clean your store
employees seem rude and not attentive. space is too small

Night shift is really lacking. I order during day shift frequently with no issues, 2nd time now night shift has not done well. No mayo despite ordering with mayo..and is that enough bbq sauce for anyone on that burger?
You will be waiting 30-45 mins if you order food I even ordered before I got there and had to wait I just ended up leaving and it was 1am
The food is never done on time. You can order on the app and show up when it says it will be ready and they haven’t even started it. If you don’t remind the workers of what food you ordered they will miss items. They make your drinks right away and they sit behind the counter and melt for 30 minutes while you wait for your food. The food is good but almost not worth dealing with the bad service…
This store has an awkward layout, making it feel a bit disorganized. They also rarely have what you order through the app available in-house. On top of that, they’re oddly strict with ice—most of my iced coffees have come with only two or three cubes.
When the store first opened, the food quality was solid, but it has declined significantly. Now, it lacks freshness and has that signature Sheetz rubbery, greasy texture, like it’s been sitting out too long.
Service is hit or miss. Some employees are friendly and clearly doing their best, while others seem annoyed by your presence.
That said, it’s a new location, and its convenience keeps me coming back. I’ll continue giving it a chance and will update my review if things improve.
Also, what the hell is up with their spoons? Incredibly painful to use. Never had a spoon so oddly shape and hurt my mouth. Hah.
The person working at night who is making the hot food should not be making food. This is the second night in a row that my fiance annms I have ordered from there to get nothing but disappointment. They made me clear out my cart (doordash) due to Wawas being out of something that they wouldn't tell me what they were out of. They put cold condiments that aren't supposed to be hot in with hot food. And good luck getting anyone to do something about these issues because no one actually cares to read these reviews or pick up the phone.
