The experience was great & I love their donuts & Coffee
If I could give this location more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.
I had an amazing experience. The manager was incredibly friendly and took my order with a smile. Even though they were very busy and constantly moving, she still took the time to make sure I was taken care of.
This was the first time at a Dunkin’ that someone actually asked me if everything was okay. That’s the kind of service I would expect from a full-service restaurant, not a Dunkin’.

Dunkin seems to have a freeze coffee machine working now, making customers happy with their frozen coffee. However, some encountered locked doors and drive-thru inconveniences. One customer had to deal with a mix-up in their order, receiving hot coffee instead of the iced French vanilla crème they requested. These experiences led to disappointment and a plan to return the incorrect order later.
