Five Guys is a restaurant with fantastic and delicious food. The burgers are fresh and can come with everything on them, including mushrooms, onions, and bacon. The fries are fresh, abundant, and made right when the order is placed, though one experience found them extremely salty. The milkshakes are also delicious. The atmosphere is basic and the dining area can sometimes get a little dirty. Pricing is considered outrageous, making it a special occasion expense for some.
The crew is often fun, professional, friendly, kind, nice, and accommodating. Service is great. The restaurant can be spotless and really well-kept, though staff can sometimes be more attentive to waiting customers. The location is seen as an excellent and consistent one, providing excellent care.
