“Was beyond pleased to find this gem while in the area today. My son (celiac) was overjoyed to find they have a whole dedicated Gluten Free menu and full case of desserts to choose from. We ended up eating in and taking extras home. Staff was very kind and went out of their way to make sure we had a five star experience! Even my daughter who is not on a gluten free diet finished a half of a pizza which is unheard of for her. This is my son picture features gluten free mozzarella sticks and hoagie with delicious gluten free artisan roll and loaded with FRESH ingredients! We were sent home with a bag of treats to take home as well! Thanks Grandma’s for making our day!“

“I love Maria’s! They were so helpful in 2023 when I was hosting my Fiancés 30th and needed to order pizzas, salad, and wings for delivery. We recently dined in and loved the chicken picata and Parmesan. The Maria Martini was very good too.“

“I was in the area and decided to pop by to try a thing or two. Not knowing anyone who had tried them before I stuck to the small, individual sized items…browned butter chocolate chip cookies, morning croissant and some pizza dough. It all comes frozen but I had other places to go so some started defrosting in the car. Here’s my review of each. Cookies - I don’t like ANY chocolate chip cookie that doesn’t have nuts in them. I usually wouldn’t even buy them, I decided to try these because of the browned butter. I had one in the car before I got home and they were AMAZING! I shocked myself at how much I enjoyed them. They were soft without being chewy, a feature I hate in cookies personally, and had nice crispy edges, even after defrosting! The taste, texture and everything about these defied all that I thought was possible with a gf cookie! 10 out of 10 Pizza dough - since it was defrosted by the time I got him I decided to make a couple mini pizzas. I used half the dough, I bag will easily make 4-5 personal sized pizzas. I thought I had rolled it too thin as it started to break apart so I made it a little thicker. It rises while cooking so when I do the rest, I’ll leave it thinner for sure. Because other gf pizzas seem to have such difficulty cooking in the city I was concerned when I saw these rising. But they cooked up beautifully! It was soooo nice having gf pizzas seem that had the taste and texture of traditional crust. I appreciate suppliers for having the option available, and some are better than others…but the Flakely dough is the standard now! I’ll never buy another gf pizza, whether it be a restaurant or a market. 10 out of 10 Morning croissant - I put this right in the freezer so I haven’t tasted it yet. But it looks phenomenal! They described it as a cross between a cinnamon roll and a croissant. You can’t go wrong with that combo as a general thing but given how the cookie and pizza dough has tasted, I have no doubt this will be terrific as well! Run, don’t walk, over to their shop and let’s make sure they’re around for the long haul. Just beware, they might spoil you against some of your existing faves!“

“All good things to say ! The pizza was very very good !! The crust was excellent. We had the Margarita pizza and the sauce was just sweet enough ! One small thing….. don’t believe the prices on the web site . The site said the price of the pizza was $16 and change (crossed out, now $15 and change). When I picked up , it was $22. The owner pointed out that it was the “large” margarita that was $22 …. But …. The web site only provided one price for one pizza . It didn’t offer other sizes at other price points. This was the story on the restaurants web site and other web sites that promote the restaurant.
So
Just be aware of that.

All that being said…. We will be back again because their food is really good.“

“Crust was an accidental find. I was strolling down the main street in Manayunk and the familiar vegan word caught my eye. Inside, I was surprised by the variety of baked goods, past the usual cupcakes and cookies. Multiple refrigerators house cheesecakes, cake cups, tiramisu, breakfast bakes, monkey bread, and more. We bought a seeded card (Mother's Day is around the distant corner) and a chocolate strawberry cheesecake. The strawberry cheesecake was dense and creamy with a crispy Oreo crust. The grilled chicken margherita with a side of broccoli, the chicken and gnocchi soup, and the chicken marsala fettuccine pasta. They're my favorites. I am definitely coming here again. 100/10.
