Horrible experience at the location. Lacking customer service. Made an online order tonight for a birthday dinner and email said pick up was in 10 minutes. Drove 15 minutes there and they looked up the order, which they said “just popped up” and laughed about it. They said they were just “dropping the chicken” now, stating it would be another 25 minutes. I told them we ordered online 20 minutes ago and they told us we could have all dark meat right now and be quicker....read full review
