I ordered a ham online days before Easter and prepaid for 11 lbs for my Sunday family dinner. When I got to the store at my pickup time, the 11lb hams were gone and I had to get one that was 2 lbs smaller!! Did I say I PREPAID?? Normally, I just walk in and select my ham size there. This time I tried being proactive and ended being disappointed!!!

Have been here a few times recently (last 2 months). No problems. The ham and turkey are just as good as they always have been and I've had no problem with opening times or serving staff. Just in, order, out, and enjoy.

I have never been here before but I’ve heard good things, so I pre/ordered a ham for Christmas and set to pick up on Christmas Eve, when I got out of work I plugged the address into my gps and saw it was “closing soon” (4pm) and they usually close at 6 so I called the store to let them know my gps says my arrival will be at 4:03 and they told me the were locking the doors at 4. I understand you cannot wait for everyone being that it is a holiday, but when I pre-ordered no one told me they were closing 2 hours early, and if they had told me that I would have chose to pick up a day earlier to ensure I had a ham for the holiday. I even asked to pay over the phone and have them leave the ham right out front as I would only be 3 minutes after closing. So unfortunately they locked the doors at 4 and I was not able to get my Christmas ham for my family. The young man I spoke to on the phone was rude. As of now I’m not planning on giving this company my business and in the future if I decide I will be sure to go to another location, and I will also make my experience known with others so they know what kind of customer service this location provides.

The website instructs you to go into a store to pick up slices. When you arrive at the store, service is denied. This location said we had to reserve online, which isn't an option as it tells you to go into the store.

I visited HoneyBaked of Willow Grove Pennsylvania on 4/8/25 at 10am.

The woman who helped me was not welcoming and seemed to be agitated. When I made my order of 1 1/2 lbs of both ham and turkey, she told me she already had 1lb precuts and said I should just get 2lbs a piece as it would be easier for her. I respectfully declined this odd demand.

Once she went to get the uncut meat, she touched the freezer door, and several other items in the store. I asked her to please change her gloves. She also cut the meat without a hairnet and her hair dangled over the meat as she cut it.

Once I got home, I saw that all her cuts were uneven. Some cuts were large and misshapen, others were cut thin like deli lunch meat. Most of the ham was so full of fat that it was rendered inedible. This was $60 worth of ham and turkey.

I’m not sure if this woman deliberately butchered this expensive meat because she was having a bad day, but this along with her unsanitary practices made me, a once loyal customer, question returning to Honey Baked Ham Co.

Went in and purchased Honey baked sandwiches. They no longer have tables so the sandwiches could not be eaten there. By the time we got home the bread was soggy from the honey mustard and glaze and they forgot to put on the crispy onions.

In the future I will ask for the honey mustard and glazed to be put on the side so I can put it on myself. I suppose it's my responsibility to remind the person making the sandwich what is on it!

Always enjoy Honey baked Ham items so this was a disappointing experience.

Update after owner reply.
I find it disappointing that there's no response in regards to the missing tables and chairs and no apology for the missing ingredient that is listed on the menu item I ordered. I expect the sandwich to have all the ingredients that is advertised on their menu. If an ingredient is not available then it's the responsibility of the restaurant to inform the customer.
