Weddings by Hess did such an outstanding job at my wedding. I have celiac and Tara and her staff did an incredible job at making sure everything was safe for me to eat and made me my own GF Mac and cheese. We used Hess BBQ to cater my daughters 1st Birthday and the food was absolutely delicious. All our guests could not stop raving about it and kept going back for seconds. Generous portions, we had plenty of leftover as well for some nice freezer meals. Super accommodating as they had a wedding booked the same day, but still made sure the food was hot for us to pick up and threw in a hot box to use for our convenience. We found Hess Catering through our venue and we are SO thankful that we did. We had the opportunity to work with Tara and were captivated by her kindness immediately. We were able to do a taste testing early on and after the feast Tara gave us, we didn’t look any further. We knew it would be a perfect fit for our day. Our guests were so impressed with the flavor and variety of food and are still talking about it!!
