Weddings by Hess did such an outstanding job at my wedding. I have celiac and Tara and her staff did an incredible job at making sure everything was safe for me to eat and made me my own GF Mac and cheese. We used Hess BBQ to cater my daughters 1st Birthday and the food was absolutely delicious. All our guests could not stop raving about it and kept going back for seconds. Generous portions, we had plenty of leftover as well for some nice freezer meals. Super accommodating as they had a wedding booked the same day, but still made sure the food was hot for us to pick up and threw in a hot box to use for our convenience.
