The box they put food in for carry out was not secured on bottom and when we picked up the box, the bottom broke out and our food went everywhere, they refused to replace it. The food that was salvageable was HORRIBLE tasting. We threw everything away. We will never use this place again. They were rude and disrespectful.

Best Pizza in Lancaster County

Pizza nice and crispy. Great pizza. Cheese steak no flavor to much onions pale looking steak. Need new suppliers for the steak add a little garlic and salt and pepper when cooking gives it a flavor. Instead of a bland, pale, looking steak sandwich throw it out. Then also got an Italian sub. stop being cheap with lunch meat specifically when you spend over 10 bucks a sub. Weis market next door has better subs. And cheaper. Sorry no pictures cause I ate there and thru it away

Called to order a “normal” large/extra large pizza. The normal 16-18” pizza. Arrived to pickup and ended up having to pay for this “jumbo” size pizza. A $30 complete mess that doesn’t even fit in a car door. Normal communication for over the employee should have been like do you want a normal large/extra size pizza or a completely ridiculous size pizza called “jumbo” to clarify.

Their XL is no joke!

Ordered sandwiches with oil and vinegar on the side. Couldn't even eat sandwiches. Bun ,hard on one side ,soggy on the other . Don't even recognize what meat is on it! Chickens tenders look like flattened pancakes. Very disappointed won't be back!!!!

Walked in to order the guy with long hair not only was cursing in the kitchen but walked past me twice and didn't even acknowledge me I know he was carrying food but how hard is it to say hi. Then I walk out and he says whatever. It's not hard to acknowledge someone busy or not I don't mind waiting but not when you are rude. He needs a new job!!

Ordered a large cheeseburger sub and a large cheesesteak sub to go. Opened them up at home and took a bite, there was so much mayo put on the sandwich we couldn't eat them. When I say a half jar of mayo was put on each sub, that is not an exaggeration, you could taste nothing else. The mayo literally oozed out on my chin. The french fries weren't cooked long enough but we ate them out of desperation and threw the sandwiches out. Called the shop, we didn't want our money back but we weren't asked if we wanted it back either. Owner just laughed when I told him how bad they were. So, I told him we won't be back. Were they that bad because we purchased and used a Local Flavor coupon and it was retaliation? Never again at Sals in Willow Street.
