I normally try not to be against the Staff and try to understand the fact of them being busy and I'm very patient. With that being said DO NOT bother ordering off the app or online. I have ordered on the app 3 times and all 3 times that have gotten the orders wrong. Unsure servers, not friendly servers, no greeting, no thank you, no napkins in bag, first server walked away without a word, next server didn't know what to do, didn't understand when I said I wanted my sub heated instead of toasted, won't be
Within the past couple months, there are new people working here and I really don't care for how they make our subs anymore. We order online and they have burned our toasted subs, the app and store stock are inaccurate and I still have to order something else. Just frustrating when I have anxiety and just want to go home.
