I ordered 2 steak sandwiches. They told me 15 minutes but since the food never on time I went in at 30 minutes. The girl came out and said its just out of the oven and she took my money for it. After 5 more minutes she said they are bagging it. Then everyone ignored me for another 5 minutes, so I called to the back and asked if they forgot about me. The young girl on the phone the whole time asked me if I was an adult and if I wanted my food. I said I paid for it I wanted it. When they finally brought my food out I took my tip back out of the jar because they didn't deserve it. On our way home the owner called my cell phone and yelled at me cuz I wasn't happy and talked to other customers while waiting. I told her I was going to call corporate and she said she didn't care

Terrible. Rude manager and rude teenagers that answer there phone then get rude when all they do is mess your food up maybe once in awhile get it right but more messing it up then anything but get mad at the customers when there upset when they pay a minimum of $60-$120 every week and max of $300 (mostly my aunt and mother but they just let it go bc they don't like getting yelled at) I took pictures multiple times then I get told I'm not even alod to order bc I complained to much but I'll just post these pictures and you tell me why you wouldn't be upset. Not to mention overcharging for things that were already on the plate not extras just normal. Won't let me add photos but will keep trying to add some of them.

Every once in a while you have people who are somewhat of an issue. They hold grudges or they take people the wrong way…. My order was late 1.5 hours was how long it took. I called to tell them to keep the order and the driver was here within a minute or two. Most likely coincidence BUT I watched him drop an order off at an adjacent house and speed off so he came back 30 Min later and the pizza was undercooked, smashed, my wings had no sauce, AND I only had 11 wings. I realized that half way through(sorry)… honestly I don’t care who sees this or if they believe me but that place has cancerous attitudes working for them… I had issues before where they doused my hot wings in red pepper flakes lolol… I always forgave all the issues but sometimes being the “bigger person” doesn’t sit well…. Have a good evening

Food is good although everytime I oder extra sauce it never comes with extra, just enough to cover the pizza. I pay them for extra I should get just that!
