I wondered into the place while waiting for my wife who was rehearsing for a dance recital in Cresson. I texted my wife and told her that I found our new place to go. “My girlfriend and I wondered in to Nanty Glo off the Ghost Town Bike Trail on Saturday April 4 during the COVID-19 lockdown. Almost all businesses were closed and we decided to bike thru town only to find Al's OPEN for takeout. We got to enjoy some delicious pizza slices, a cold drink and a piece of Al's delicious homemade pie. If you're biking in, make Al's a must-stop. You'll be supporting a great local business and enjoying some delicious food too!! RECOMMENDED!!!”

We also tried the stromboli and it was huge and delicious. Their homemade ranch is seriously the best we've had anywhere. Friendly staff, quick service, and fair prices. The drive thru window is super convenient too. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area. Highly recommend Dunny's if you're craving good local pizza!”
