My friends and I have eaten at Sal's Xs 3 now. The pizza and sandwiches are excellent. I really like their sauce. Tangy not bland. The portions are generous. An order of fries are enough for four people. I ordered a sausage sandwich last night that was to die for. A homemade roll, stuffed to overflowing with sausage, peppers, and onions. Topped with just the right amount of sauce. I could only eat half of it. I'm eating the other half now as I type this. The staff is friendly, the service stellar. You owe it to yourself to enjoy a meal at Sal's. Hats off to you folks!!

Sal's is a family tradition to us, so we make the hour ride and go every year in February for our late family members birthday. This year the service was awful. Each one of us got our meal at a different time, we didn't get silverware to eat with, no one came back and asked if we needed anything. The food was just alright. Stuffed shells were lacking ricotta, pizza sauce was bland, soup tasted like from a package.I just don't think our tradition will continue at Sal's. ?
I've been eating at sals for many years off and on. The last pizza I got was soggy as heck in the middle of the pie. I love greasy sloppy NY style pizza but this one hurt. Sill the best around though. Better luck next time Sal.
