I cant say enough nice things about this place. I had my wedding here and the people who run it instantly made us feel at ease. The beauty of their decorations is amazing. Once we saw it we had to have our ceremony and reception here. they handled all the hard work so all we had to do is show up and enjoy our day. I'll be recommending them to everyone!!

What can I say the best service ever! From start to finish! We used them to cater our family reunion and then used the building for our dinner that evening! They arrived early for our reunion and even stayed to serve our guests. The building was very clean they met our every need and more! We highly recommend Betsy and her crew!

Absolutely the best place to have an event of any kind. My son got married yesterday and we had the reception here and talk about incredible. The owners Tom and Betsy helped with every detail. It was beautiful and they never stopped all night to make sure the night was perfect. Thank you so much for all you did.

I can't help but be extremely confused after reading some of these reviews. I am a newlywed as of April 27th. Last year upon becoming engaged we chose the ambassador banquet Hall to host our reception. The owner expressed great interest and excitement in all of my decor choices and offered to help in any way possible. She went outside of the contract on several occasions to better accommodate our needs. We were allotted extra time for setup and they even physically helped us. The family was so loving on our wedding day you would think they had known us our entire life. They made us feel at ease during the entire transition of the day. I would recommend the ambassador banquet Hall for any special occasion and hope that in the future we will need their services again just another chance to work with them! I cannot say enough good things about the family who owns and runs the business

Horrible experience, wouldn't recommend to anyone. Can't even cancel without a huge headache and have to fight to get money back whenever you didn't even sign no papers. Wasted about 1-2 months on just that alone. Wasn't friendly at all when speaking with or asking questions, even during a meeting wanted to save a little money on providing my own stuff on certain things and got told no. I would never go here again, even if someone I knew threw an event there i wouldn't step foot in that place again!

Highly recommended...We've had events as well as attended events here and we couldn't be happier.Not only are they very professional and accommodating, The Wright family went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Great place.
