First, we ordered takeout at 5:01 and waited until 5:51 for it to be ready, only to have our order incorrect. Waited another ten minutes for them to correct the order. Finally got it home, and open the salad to find a long black hair with meat and cheese clinging to it. The rest of the food was mediocre at best. Absolutely unacceptable and Bella’s at Coal Heritage Center will never have my business again. 🤮

I ordered a large stromboli and garlic knots yesterday around 3pm. When I arrived to pick up my order it was not busy and no vehicles were in the parking lot and my order was sitting on top of the pizza oven. When I got home we cut the stromboli and the cheese wasn't even melted! it was cold in the middle!!! totally unacceptable!! I had to bake the stromboli in my oven to finish cooking it... the garlic knots weren't soggy and had so much bitter garlic they were inedible!!! I was very disappointed with the quality of my order. Being that my order was just sitting on top of the pizza oven boxed up it could have been cooked longer, obviously there was time!! When the owner is working my food is always perfect and always delicious!! But yesterday I did not see him and it shows in the food quality!! And support local fee?? what?? Is that a new tax???

Food is good. Go here if you want to be accused of counterfeiting money. The old lady with the penciled on eyebrows accused us of counterfeiting. Very rude, and very unprofessional. Unlikely to return.

Terrible service! We eat out three times a week. We keep going back once a month or so because the food is good and good quality but service has been slow taking an hour to get food and sometimes is wrong. Now they don’t even serve fountain drinks.

Pizza is awesome. I wish they were in my hometown, it would be my goto place. The soda came out in a warm bottle with ice in a glass?! Not the way I like my soda, but the pizza made up for it.

The service here is horrible… waited 25 minutes for a refill on water I ordered wedding soup they gave me beef but charged me for wedding. 35 or so minutes later got pasta and it was horrible it tasted like I ate just plain noodles with nothing on them. You have to literally keep asking just for anything you need and hope they come back.

Bella's is my favorite pizza in the area- it's better than some NY places by a landslide! Big NY style slices, generous amounts of toppings and the sides blow it out of the water they're absolutely delicious and feel up-scale. The fried zucchini for example in my photo isn't breadcrumb but like a tempura beer batter style and it's my favorite way to eat fried zucchini. The cheese sticks are so flavorful. The tiramisu is decadent and an incredible treat.I order Bellas and feel like a kid at Christmas when I pick it up I'm so excited for it. Thank you for making my cheat days extra delicious :)

Had dinner here tonight and was surprised with the lack of consistency this restaurant provides. Ordered French onion soup it was literally a bowl of onions no cheese or bread. When asked why it wasn't included in the dish I was told "it depends who makes it". I was offered shaker parmesean cheese as a remedy to which I declined. $5 for a literal bowl of stewed onions is crazy. When our appetizer of wings came out 6 for $9 it came without any blue cheese or ranch to which I again had to ask about. Then by the time our entrees arrived my chicken Alfredo was so watery it had zero flavor. It tasted of pasta water and salt. I was frustrated at this point from starving at dinner and asked the waitress if this is normally how its served she said once again "it depends who makes it" to which I find problematic for a small business. The consistency was not there and the food was not edible. I paid $44 w tip to starve at dinner and will not consider this restaurant in the future considering I have to catch the best chef upon their schedule to have a decent meal.

I wouldnt eat here ever again!!! I had a toothless waitress who came flapping her gums. My pizza was burnt hard as a rock on the bottom.
