Placed a DoorDash order at 11:33. They waited until 12:14 to cancel bc they “were unable to fulfill” in that almost 45 minutes I could have ordered somewhere else. It was two pizzas.

First, we ordered takeout at 5:01 and waited until 5:51 for it to be ready, only to have our order incorrect. Waited another ten minutes for them to correct the order. Finally got it home, and open the salad to find a long black hair with meat and cheese clinging to it. The rest of the food was mediocre at best. Absolutely unacceptable and Bella’s at Coal Heritage Center will never have my business again. 🤮

First time at Bella’s and it was a nice experience. The chicken Parmesan and stuffed shells were delicious. Our waitress was attentive and cordial. The chef even checked to make sure everything was to our liking. Bella’s is a fine addition to the Windber area!

I ordered a large stromboli and garlic knots yesterday around 3pm. When I arrived to pick up my order it was not busy and no vehicles were in the parking lot and my order was sitting on top of the pizza oven. When I got home we cut the stromboli and the cheese wasn't even melted! it was cold in the middle!!! totally unacceptable!! I had to bake the stromboli in my oven to finish cooking it... the garlic knots weren't soggy and had so much bitter garlic they were inedible!!! I was very disappointed with the quality of my order. Being that my order was just sitting on top of the pizza oven boxed up it could have been cooked longer, obviously there was time!! When the owner is working my food is always perfect and always delicious!! But yesterday I did not see him and it shows in the food quality!! And support local fee?? what?? Is that a new tax???

Food is good. Go here if you want to be accused of counterfeiting money. The old lady with the penciled on eyebrows accused us of counterfeiting. Very rude, and very unprofessional. Unlikely to return.

Terrible service! We eat out three times a week. We keep going back once a month or so because the food is good and good quality but service has been slow taking an hour to get food and sometimes is wrong. Now they don’t even serve fountain drinks.

Pizza is awesome. I wish they were in my hometown, it would be my goto place. The soda came out in a warm bottle with ice in a glass?! Not the way I like my soda, but the pizza made up for it.
