Order up for a pencil. Cause that's what it feels like I ordered.Got a turkey sub and if I squeezed the sandwich a bit I could fit my whole hand around it. This isn't the first time this has happened with barely filling up the sub roll. Won't be coming here again, not when I can get a lot more for my money somewhere else..

Bought a half of an Italian Sub today. it was all lettuce there were 3 1/2 pieces of meat on it. what was on it was paper thin. Looks like I’ll be getting subway again they are using more meat than Ems Sub Shop.I understand business need to make money but please don’t be greedy. We the customer are supporting your business please be fair to us as well.

Em's is an icon of Johnstown businesses. Still has reasonable prices and a really superior product. I always get the roast beef torpedo. Also, I will get an Italian sailor for my wife. It's just great.

Food is pretty good here. But these workers are so depressed like they didn't even look at me when I ordered and they didn't even smile at all. I'm not saying you have to be all happy but be atleast a little eunthusied when you work.

Very good fish sandwich. Very friendly employees. I brought 2 fish sandwiches home which I Live 3 1/2 hours away and they separated everything so it wouldn't get soggy. I highly recommend this placeDietary restrictions: Fish is healthy
