They took like 20 minutes and they messed up all of my burgers

Has happened 3 times in the past month. I will go and order a double cheese burger and say “I want only ketchup and cheese on my sandwich” and somehow that means I want onions on it as well. They can’t get an order right so just go somewhere else.

The GM had a very bad attitude and her customer service skills were definitely lacking. I had 3 separate orders, she shoved one bag in my vehicle and said have a great day while slamming the window, despite another employee stating we had more food coming and when I said I was still missing food her attitude got worse, cussing at the other employees in front of customers is total disrespect.

Most of the time the orders are made wrong, staff attitude is terrible, and they are understaffed so they close the dining area and only have drive through open. Terribly managed.

Trying to get a job here is physically impossible I applied not once but twice in a years time was told the last time I got the position by the interviewer and that I would hear back by the end of the day and heard nothing, I called back the next day to check on the status was told they would look into it and call me back personally and still nothing. They won’t hire me for some reason but yet hire people on Megan’s law what a great company huh?

Would like to give 0 stars got a steak bagel combo got home no hash brown and basically a shot glass of oj when did they get so cheap
I waited till I visited this location several times before making my review. Every single time I have come, different times of the day, different days of the week. The sandwich could be very good, but the fries are always, consistently cold, lukewarm at the very best. Most of the time there are mostly short dried pieces of french fries and some are just soggy. Not sure what the issue is with this or how to make sure I get fresh hot fries. Doesn't seem like rocket science.

Dirty, will pull you up and make you wait everytime even with Noone in drive thru. Managers would rather refund you than provide service ......thought it was a one off but after multiple times. It's just how they operate..........go to scalp mcdonalds

Food is always incorrect or cold, staff if very incompetent and rude. I would highly suggest taking business up the road to sheetz, where the employees are actually held to standards of working with the public. A disgusting attitude of employees and environment that should be looked into by management. Training is needed for staff members.
