Went to the counter the girl behind the counter dressed in a dirty like she rolled around in the mud McDonald's sweatshirt and black stretch pants with snowflakes. She was on her phone texting. Must have been upset that she actually had to do her job. Not pleasant at all. I ordered a mcdouble meal deal. She handed me my food with attitude Such an unpleasant girl. When I had the opportunity to open my bag I had a mcchicken and not a mcdouble like I had ordered. The French fries were so limp and soggy and lukewarm they must have been sitting under the heat lamp for an hour. The chicken tenders were so dry. I threw away the whole Meal. I will not be back !

We didn't have that much of a wait time but the food was mediocre. Fries were lukewarm so you can tell they were old. Chicken sandwich was alright but kind of cold. My grandfather's mcdouble had ketchup all on the wrapper and on top of the bun. Definitely not coming here again

There's a reason why I stopped going here everything was a joke.I was sitting there for almost a half hour.Waiting for food that's not good for you it's called fast food for reasons if you can't do it in time, then don't work there can I just was there watching a lady?Eat food while she was given food out to with no gloves on that's pretty disgusting and that's why I eat at home.It's better for you i wish I can give this zero stars and I also saw the manager there.I think too you think he would tell her to put a glove on i'll be calling my bank to dispute that $20 anyways never got my food to

Absolutely the worse McDonald's around town! So rude and not very pleasant, the guy that did my order today was miserable, I felt like I was a bother to him. Yes I did order 3 Grinch meals but he seemed so upset. I got the meals they were all wrong, fries were hard and cold. I hate to be a complainer but it's McDonald's. It's absolutely ridiculous

I ordered fries and a Frappe. Of course they didn't have Fraps or their machine was broken. The fries were hot and fresh though.

First the employees are always rude and never seem like they care. Second no matter what time of day it is they mess my order up. The 3 times I've gone they messed my order up and once had a manager argue with me. I live in windber and refuse to go to this McDonald's. I'll drive somewhere else or go hungry before I'll ever eat at this restaurant ever again

Their service is horrible. I was just in there and heard how a customer was talked to asking for ketchup. Someone waited ten mins for a drink. Got our order wrong but that’s fine it’s the way they have an attitude while doing their job, that they are getting paid to do.

The tables, floor and counters all dirty, while employees stood talking. Not a busy time. Soap dispenser just laying on sink and toilet clogged! Owners need to pop in on weekends.
They took like 20 minutes and they messed up all of my burgers

Has happened 3 times in the past month. I will go and order a double cheese burger and say “I want only ketchup and cheese on my sandwich” and somehow that means I want onions on it as well. They can’t get an order right so just go somewhere else.

The GM had a very bad attitude and her customer service skills were definitely lacking. I had 3 separate orders, she shoved one bag in my vehicle and said have a great day while slamming the window, despite another employee stating we had more food coming and when I said I was still missing food her attitude got worse, cussing at the other employees in front of customers is total disrespect.
