We recently used Pagano's Catering to cater a family reunion on a mountaintop overlooking a lake. We had several hard to please family members with sophisticated tastes and a couple of foodies in the group who have traveled worldwide and experienced many restaurants around the world. First, the drive to the site was not easy, but rather arduous and on several backcountry roads that were narrow and steep, but they came through on time with the food. As for the food, it was excellent all around. Every dish was well prepared, well seasoned, and pleased every one of our group of eleven. We had the tortellini (definitely 5 star worthy) , chicken skewers (cooked and seasoned perfectly), artichoke dip (everyone came back for seconds and thirds, it being very addictive), quinoa and rice pilaf with green and yellow squash and colored peppers (my wife said one of the most well prepared rice dishes she's ever had), pot roast (perfect in every way and very tender and lean beef), scones (every single one got eaten with rave reviews), chicken tenders for the young teens (devoured very quickly with happiness), and steak (the marinade alone kept us steak lovers coming back for more). All in all an awesome experience and we all would use Pagano's again anytime we are in that area of Pennsylvania. Lou has pride in her business and is a skilled artist at preparing many very delicious dishes.

Having to plan a 50th anniversary party from 500miles away was a challenge. Finding PAGANO'S CATERING was a blessing. Lou was so easy and pleasant to deal with in choosing the right menu for the setting and occasion. On the day of the party Lou & staff arrived on time , quick setup and voila. The salad and homemade dressings were a work of art; can’t believe I forgot to take pictures of the food.🙄 The newlyweds live out of town, but with Lou’s chicken parm and seafood linguine w/shrimp packed away in my freezer, I’m confident they will be visiting soon! 👍🏻

Lou was the caterer for my parents' 55th wedding anniversary party and everything she did was perfect. We had multiple dietary restrictions for various relatives (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc) and she came up with a menu that ensured that everyone (with dietary concerns or not) had multiple delicious things to eat. She also helped us figure out how to organize dining accoutrements (plates, napkins, etc) because we had separate cookie/cake/beverage tables, and was incredibly gracious while dealing with our late arrivals and inexperience at planning a larger event. We ordered extra food in case more of our extended family was able to make it, which in the end meant that my siblings, nieces, and nephews had the pleasure of debating about the division of the delicious leftovers that we all wanted to take home. Lou was both kind and professional! She catered my husband’s 50th surprise party at our house and it was absolutely perfect! We had Tuscan chicken and beef skewers and a bunch of sides and desserts! The beef skewers were the most tender we’ve ever had. Each guest raved about the food! Everything was so delicious and arrived exactly on time! The composed salad was enormous and was filled with berries, nuts, cheeses and more. For dessert we had homemade pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting that guests could not stop talking about! There was some, but not a lot of leftovers, which I also appreciate. Every one of my guests had plenty and the accolades were numerous! If I could give a rating of 5+ I would! I highly urge you to use Lou Pagano for your next event - I promise you will not be disappointed!
