I had the most wonderful experience working with Lou Pagano from start to finish. Lou deftly used her expertise to help me create and then prepare a feast for 50 that was simply out of this world! From menu planning, to dietary considerations, food for children and flavors of the season, Lou did it all! She and her team arrived on time and set up within minutes to create a Baby Shower Buffet that was simply delicious. My guests raved about her Pot Roast with carrots and potatoes and her Chicken Piccatta - both melted in your mouth! Her sides (Jasmine rice with roasted autumnal veggies, and French style green beans) were generous and just as delicious! The composed salad was enormous and was filled with berries, nuts, cheeses and more. For dessert we had homemade pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting that guests could not stop talking about! There was some, but not a lot of leftovers, which I also appreciate. Every one of my guests had plenty and the accolades were numerous! If I could give a rating of 5+ I would! I highly urge you to use Lou Pagano for your next event - I promise you will not be disappointed!

Being that our business is also in Windber, we decided to hire Pagano's Catering for our company's 40th Anniversary employee luncheon - and we are SO glad we did! We had southwestern grilled chicken skewers, grilled BBQ ribs, creamy coleslaw, rice/quinoa salad and Lou recommended the most delicious dense chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream icing - everyone fought over the last few slices. Lou is amazing to work with and her food is definitely a cut above the rest! She even added some grilled pineapple with the chicken skewers which was amazing. If you need an event catered, I would highly recommend them, our employees raved about how good everything was and even said it was the best catered food we have ever had! Thank you, Lou, for the amazing lunch and being a part of our celebration!

Lou did a phenomenal job with our wedding. She was easy to work with and helped us think through all of the details of planning dinner for 80 guests. She drove samples out to us to try for our wedding and came separately with her husband to the venue to plan out the flow of the event. The food was phenomenal (We loved her recommendation for Salmon) and Lou was able to handle unexpected rain at our backyard wedding and pivot the serving and preparation of food to a different location than we had originally planned.
