Great food for our son’s wedding rehearsal dinner. The salad and homemade dressings were a work of art; can’t believe I forgot to take pictures of the food.🙄 The newlyweds live out of town, but with Lou’s chicken parm and seafood linguine w/shrimp packed away in my freezer, I’m confident they will be visiting soon! 👍🏻
Lou was the caterer for my parents' 55th wedding anniversary party and everything she did was perfect. We had multiple dietary restrictions for various relatives (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc) and she came up with a menu that ensured that everyone (with dietary concerns or not) had multiple delicious things to eat. Lou was both kind and professional! She catered my husband’s 50th surprise party at our house and it was absolutely perfect! We had Tuscan chicken and beef skewers and a bunch of sides and desserts! The beef skewers were the most tender we’ve ever had. Each guest raved about the food! Everything was so delicious and arrived exactly on time! I can’t say enough good things about Lou and her cooking! Would definitely recommend and use again!
