I’m just curious is this where are the old penguin used to be back in the 70s if it is what I had a lot of good times in there back in the 70s thank you to anybody who can answer this question I was just curious it sure looks like it from my memories

Had a nice time. Nice clean friendly atmosphere . The waitress Lori was quite busy but still was ontop with making sure you had a drink , and didn't have to wait . The drinks themselves were very good not too strong , but flavorful with a clean presentation. I myself didn't order food this time , but there wings are the best around Windber. Bought 20 worth of tickets there and won $150. So that was another nice surprise.

Parking: Wasn't hard to find a spot...

My favorite place to go whether to go for drinks or to actually eat something. Kitchen is supposed to close at 9p, but often closes earlier with no notice. Bartender knows our drinks and gets them ready as soon as she notices us, which is pretty quick. Love the place and people.
