Excellent customer service, they were busy and right in the beginning they told us it might be a bit slower of service which was great communication and it really wasn’t slow in my mind. The owner was friendly and greeted everyone like family. Actually everyone felt like family in there- the atmosphere was amazing. Families, couples, older people, kids, everyone was there and it was nice! We had delicious food- chicken parm, a chicken lasagna with vodka sauce that was delicious and a delicious bowl of butternut squash soup! Bread was good too! “I get the grandma pizzas every week and holy SMOKES…very good quality ingredients, masterfully proportioned cheese and toppings like REAL ITALIANS do…not sloppy with way too much stuff…just exactly right so the crust has some crisp but nothing is dry. “I LOVE Copper Cup and stop there every time I'm in the area. This past Thursday I was there and got 2 drinks for myself for my hour drive home. As I was leaving the bldg and heading to my car, I forgot I didn't use my points. I went back in to get my points.....they had to refund order, re-ring and I paid again. Most times they ask about points....this time they didn't. I wish they would ask like other restaurants....so, I wouldn't have a charge, refund, and then charge again. Still love Copper Cup, but would love if there was some how to remind us old folks about our points.

“Bertha’s food is big as the name would suggest. Seriously—a small order of fries is enough for 2-3 people. But it’s also SO good. Their hot sandwiches are some of the best around. The wraps are on par with any other place I can think of. Just plan wisely. A large sandwich is your next three lunches, easily.”
