The place was OK, I went to check out something new. Service was OK, nothing special, 15 minute wait for chicken tenders and fries. I would say based on my experience to order ahead. This is more of a pick-up and take anywhere else kind of location with average food at best....very salty.

I actually didn’t have too much trouble with the wait time because I’ve learned to arrive later than the app says I should. My issue is the taste. I went twice this week and the wings just didn’t taste right. I think maybe the oil is old, but i can’t eat more than two before I have to stop. We tried plain, lemon pepper, Louisiana rub, and hot honey, but none of them tasted good. It actually made me lose my appetite both times.

This place is the worst..came in placed my order...watched everyone come in and out picking up food including people who ordered after me...waited 45 minutes, when I told them I wanted my money back mysteriously my food became available, I then had to wait 17 minutes for them to figure out how to return my money to my card..other people came in after this and they told them they have to order online.. Over an hour no food..WON'T BE BACK!!! Popeyes took care of me in 6 minutes!!!!!!!

Always dirty, the customer service is disgusting and they never want to be helpful. The fries will always be cold. I only ordered again because their open after I’m off work but I plan on banning this
If you say it's 35 minutes for my order and I arrive 45 minutes after I place it, there's no reason i should be waiting in the restaurant for another 30 minutes. Plus, if my order isn't 5-10 minutes from being in my hand, don't tell me that. Everytime I went to this bum location, there's 5+ people sitting waiting with annoyed faces. I really can't comprehend how you can be so backed up at a wing place when you only have a few different items on a menu. Never going back until I hear the employees have improved. They act like they're too good to be working at wingstop, therefore they give minimal effort.

Every time I visit this store the order is always wrong, all of the workers are standing around looking at their cell phones and no customer service etiquette. They need mature supervision to watch over the staff to ensure things are running smooth! My food was disappointing!!!

Good luck if you’re a deliver driver. It takes 20+ minutes most times to get the food and is only worth picking up from here if the base pay went up.
