Friday April 30 2021 I didn't catch his name but he was an army of one. He made the perfect pretzels and had 50 of them ready for me ahead of schedule. ... I know they will be delicious because Philly Pretzel Factory never disappoints. But I had to write this review before I forget because I am so impressed with the worker today. Also, 50 fresh from the oven, handmade pretzels for $18 - how are you going to beat that!
My wife went in and purchased 6 pretzels for $3. As she left the store to get back in the car, she noticed a poster on the front window announcing a "sale" of 15 pretzels for $5. So, she went in and got 9 additional pretzels for a few buck. When she asked for a container of mustard, she was told that there would be a charge. My wife protested a bit then left without the mustard but also chose not to purchase a Root Beer that she was planning to buy with the additional pretzels....read full review

The manager went over and beyond to fill a last minute order. Prompt, courteous and extremely friendly -I haven't had customer service like that in a long time. The pretzels were hot, soft and delicious too! i will definitely use this store again.
