I’ve tried calling Enzo three times to resolve a delivery order that I paid for in full but only received half of my order. While Enzo has lovely staff and amazing pizza and sides, I fear that the only way I’m going to get my issue resolved here is by leaving a negative review. Can someone please call me to resolve this matter?

Food was pretty decent, but the atmosphere was very strange. Our waitress barely checked up on us, and I think it has something to do with the color of our skin and the treatment we were receiving was not the best I would not recommend this place for anybody of color

Tired of waiting for pickup pizzas to be ready. Please adjust the way you all calculate when orders will be ready, so customers aren't asked to stand in the entryway for 30-45min. Fix that issue, and we'll try you all again.

I door dash and the place is always very busy. I usually have to wait for the food, but don't mind, because the female manager and the front staff are always very nice

Had a terrible experience with them. Cancelled the order last minute and did not have the courtesy to call and let know. When I called, the host hung up on me.

Ordered take out - chicken parm & the enzo salad with grilled chicken. I hate to leave a not so great review but the chicken parm was a disappointment - I couldn’t eat it & I am someone who never sends food back unless it is genuinely unenjoyable & not worth the $ I paid. It was so thin so it was super dried out & it was hard to chew it or even cut it apart :( there was more breading than actual meat. So I just ate the pasta it came with. Maybe will try again another time as this place looked good!

Such a shame. I have had a good experience here in the past, but today's spaghetti and meatball order was way below expectations. The pasta was significantly OVERcooked and mushy. The meatballs were tasteless. I ended up taking 2 bites and throwing the rest in the trash. As a helpful tip, never serve overcooked pasta.
I’ve always enjoyed visiting [ENZA], and it’s typically our go-to spot for a relaxing evening. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the drinks are consistently great, and the staff is usually friendly and attentive.
However, I wanted to share a slight concern from our visit on Sunday, October 6th, between 5 and 6 PM. We encountered a bartender who seemed hesitant to serve us, which was unexpected given our positive experiences in the past. While we understand that everyone can have off days, this interaction felt a bit out of character for the welcoming environment we’ve come to appreciate.
We would like to look forward to our next visit and hope for a smoother experience. But we're not sure if we want to return.
