I went to drive-thru on Thursday morning, and was extremely disappointed. I was told I could not get a bagel with cream cheese and I would have to come into the store. I was told I could order a bacon, egg, and cheese on a plain bagel. I ordered three, and did not receive bacon.After I got home I realized and called. The young lady that answered the phone and apologized and told me to come back. I went back and walked to the counter where I was met by the rudest woman in the same black hat she always wears. She yelled to me from the kitchen, if you want bacon you are going to have to pay for it. She came out of the kitchen, repeated it and walked away while I was in mid sentence.The rude and disrespectful manner in which I was treated, was unacceptable . Being one of only two black women in the cafe, and being treated in this dismissive manner from an establishment claiming to be inclusive was disappointing!Bad experience I hope no one else needs to experience from this woman. This cafe needs to be embarrassed!

Me and a friend were waiting for the iced coffee we order, one worker came from the back and started yelling and screaming at us, after that worker left in a huff another worker told us to leave as they did not want us there. Another review was written about this and the owner responded trying to say it was a fake review. I will not be going back

I was harassed by two employees as a friendly paying customer waiting for my coffee I will not be visiting this establishment again and I advise others to be wary of the unruly staffKid-friendliness: I would not bring your children here the staff are very on edge and verbally violent you do not want your children around these people
20 minuets in the drive for 2 coffees and 2 croissants.Had to go down the laundry list of food items to get to something they were not "Out of". Drove a block to have the coffee spill all over the car because the lids weren't fastened properly. Not going back!

Love this cute little coffee shop! I ordered a white mocha chai latte and an everything bagel with cream cheese. The service was excellent. My beverage was so delicious and exactly what I wanted and the bagel was perfect. My cousin for the crumb cake and a coffee and she said the cake was just the perfect amount of sweetness. I’m not a fan of most local coffee shops because I never find a coffee or chai I fall in love with so best believe, I will be back for some more chai!

Locals is one of my favorite coffee shops ever! The coffee and food are excellent. Service is friendly and the atmosphere is a great place to catch up with friends and relax. Indoor and outdoor seating, comfy chairs by the "fire", and individual and communal seating is available. The salmon bagel especially is excellent. Plus...drive through coffee that isn't from a chain! Not to be missed.
