Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Place an order and was ready and waiting for me! Great customer service.

This place has parking and usually additional flavors you don’t see. They also have flavored custard that you should try. It’s a quiet area and can get busy. Highly recommend on a trip home from the Turnpike to Philadelphia.

We are locals and went here recently 2x, both times we had stomach pains and vomiting. Eat here at your own risk!

Me, my friend & her kids went here on a Thursday night around 6pm. It was the first day of Spring so it was superrrrrr crowded. They had all 4 lines opened & the lines were moving. We were at the very end with like 20 people ahead of us & we got called out within 5 minutes. We got a total of 7 water ice & 5 pretzels. They had plain pretzels & pretzels with cheese inside. They also had cups of cheese dip. We spent like 12 dollars on 5 pretzels & 2 cheese dips. The water ice was really good. Always melts super fast though. The workers were friendly even though it was so busy. I will definitely be back to this location again!

Their water ice is always good, I didn't like that they changed their pretzels. Other than that everything was good.

Amaya was incredibly helpful. The rest of the staff working were using all sorts of inappropriate language for a work environment.
Only appeared that two of the staff members were actually helping customers, two were preoccupied by a service dog that was outside and proceeded to talk about said dog for 5-8 minutes after the dog left.
Store was advertising a pink lemonade but failed to coverup the flavor when they ran out of it.

The store needs some serious coaching of staff, especially reminding the backers/runners/ whatever Rita’s calls those who fill orders need to do their responsibilities in addition rather than speak loudly about a dog and drop copious F bombs that I’d rather my young daughter not hear.

The young ladies are a bright, cheerful & most helpful… There is a large selection of flavors & kinds of water ice & ice cream make sure to ask what they would recommend they have tried them all! And sample some of the ones you may not think you would like… i do
