I had the worst experience ever at this restaurant, so I buy very expensive stirfry but not to mention I added more expensive ingredients like truffle oil and other expensive ingredients and I’m vegan and come to find out, they ended up putting chicken in stir-fry in my food, which made it inedible for vegan at that point with all the ingredients I added to it it ended up being about $50 stirfry all wasted because the restaurant does not take care of your order!!!! Not to mention, they haven’t contacted me back as far as any type of compensation whatsoever it’s just a waste of money on my part at that point to trust this restaurant ever again!!!!

Honestly, I think the whole staff is on drugs every time somehow they get my order wrong and I have to come back ending up costing me traveling expenses. I have contacted support multiple times through email and no response and I’m only seeing this at this location. No other location has messed my order up so many times. Still waiting on a response from customer service for my refund but it seems like nobody cares at this point for as long as I’ve been waiting for a response.

I introduced a friend to Honeygrow, and they were equally impressed with the delectable tastes and flavors of the food. Try it ,I believe you'll like it !There is only one thing that I would improve on. That is the ordering part on the computer screen for OG 's like myself. I found it a bit complex, and I usually make mistakes .Oh well, for getting younger !!!!GROW ON HONEY !!!!!!!

Service was fast, accurate, and very good! I will definitely be back here- all of our orders were on point! I got the coconut curry CYO stir fry, Max got a CYO stir fry, and Malcolm got a CYO salad. All the ingredients were fresh. It is VERY clean in here- no fruit flies in the middle of the summer- that speaks volumes. I enjoyed the music choices as well. This is a great gem in comparison to some of the other locations I have visited. My fave by far!

They messed up our order and gave chicken in noodles and as being a vegetarian I couldn't eat it, and as it was the end of the night they didn't do anything about it. Honeygrow sauces are always on point! On the other hand, the brownie in the takeout was soft and delicious!
My online order was ready but it wasn’t on the pick up shelf. I waited in the store for more than 10 mins and I was the only customer there. None of the staff bothered to even check until I went up and asked about my order. It was sitting on the cashier’s counter. Thumbs down for service.PS: Food is good as it’s typically is at Honeygrow. I’ll be ordering from the Radnor branch in the future.

The worst experience ever as a vegan ever, I trust that the restaurant is trained to handle my dietary needs as described!Now I’m a strict vegan 100% spiritually physically mentally there’s no way I could ever go back to using animal product. I came in for a simple meal time. I got a custom coconut curry stirfry “vegan”, my orders up I go to sit down and eat a quarter through the stir-fry I noticed that my tofu had strands in it because it wasn’t tofu it was chicken?, immediately after realizing this I brong it to the managers attention they said they had no idea how chicken got in your coconut curry stirfry because the tofu and the chicken are separate and far apart! So I got a full refund, but it doesn’t stop there. This is out right absolutely 100% Unacceptable and the worst service and experience I have ever had in my life. I do not recommend eating at this restaurant at all, if they can’t simply train their employees to do their jobs correctly, because all we have is our word!#WordIsBond
