My wife went to pick up a cupcake for her sister who was in the hospital at Lankenau with serious health problems. They close at 7. She was there at 6:58. A worker rushed to the door when my wife arrived and promptly locked the door in front of her. She then told my wife (through the door) that they were closed early. I'm not sure what the food or atmosphere was like (since she didn't make it inside) but customer service comes first. The least she could have done was been respectful about it. If you're closing early, or don't like customers coming in last minute, say it to their face and not through a glass window. Or even better change your hours to reflect that.

I accidentally ordered this location and went to different location to pick up. Later I realized I made an error. Called them and talked about my mistake and requested refund. The person who answered my phone was very courteous and tried to help me. He asked me to wait and talked to owner. Anna right away told me don't worry I will make sure you get your refund. Now this is called best customer service. Big shout out to Anna and her team. Thank you for treating me with respect.
