I ordered a decorated 8" white chocolate raspberry cake for $40. The cake was for my wife's retirement and it was her favorite flavor. I picked it up the cake and when I got to my car I noticed the tag said classic vanilla. I took the cake back. I was told it was the right cake and the wrong tag. I questioned it again. The cake was taken in the back and the tag changed. When the cake was cut and served later that evening it was classic vanilla NOT white chocolate raspberry.

We booked a dozen of cupcakes for my girls third birthday on Sunday. When we showed up on Tuesday 9:10am to pick them up, They told us it’s not ready and they might have given it to someone else? So they have to make it right there. Fine extra 10min. At the mean time, my other girl wanted a cupcake, but they replied they only sell those by the dozen? I was going to pay for that but no? The lady in the back was nice enough to give the girls stickers and making the cupcakes at the same time but the front desk girl had no clue and that was not the kind of customer service I was expecting on my little girl’s birthday.Kid-friendliness: It’s okay.

It's such a cute, sweet smelling store. No, they don't have forks and napkins because it's for you to take with you, not make crumbs, and leave trash in the store. I'm in love with the pumpkin spice bundt cake. If you do a survey on the bottom of your receipt, you can get a free mini bundt when you purchase one. That way, you can try more flavors.

I didn't believe the cakes were that good until I tried one , and they are so good! You can really taste the ingredients, the icing is so delicious and the cake itself is moist and fluffy. The workers are very friendly and welcoming, service is efficient and the store is neat and clean. As soon as you walk in your nose is engulfed with vanilla, in a great way! I was happy to know that they make their carrot cake without raisins or nuts... finally a bakery that understands not everyone wants that in their carrot cake.

Location is Going down hill FAST… from soggy bottoms to No Icing… Upsetting to pay $50 for cakes that came with No Icing- Pretty Messed up & embarrassing for Ownership.

Cakes are moist. Not impressed with needing to buy a fork to eat it for nearly $3. Crazy

I had one of their carrot cakes for Mother's Day. It wasn't everything the reviews said it would be. The icing was good, however, the carrot cake it self was nothing to write home about. It had no raisins, walnuts or anything. It was subpar and lacked flavor. I have definitely had better. I will give them one more try, but not the carrot cake.

I unfortunately cannot patronize this business any longer. Upon my last visit to this business I ask for a fork and the cashier told me that was two dollars. It’s not about the money it’s the principle. What type of business would charge their customers two dollars for one plastic fork. Unbelievable! unfortunately I can’t no longer come here I will tell my friends and family to go elsewhere.

My husband bought a gluten free cupcake by mistake and tried to return it shortly afterwards. It was noted on the package that it was gluten free but the print was quite small. The staff member he talked to rude. My husband is an elderly man trying to buy something for his wife's birthday. If your business does not accept food returns that is understandable. But a customer who simply made a mistake should be treat politely.

My husband, a 76 year old man, bought a gluten free cupcake from this business by mistake, and tried to return it within an hour. The clerical staff refused to accept the return and were rude to my husband. Someone said, "How do we know you didn't put something in it?". It is understandable if the business does not accept food returns, but staff should be polite and kind in refusing. We were looking forward to shopping at Nothing Bundt Cakes and often but cupcakes for family birthdays. But it is unlikely we will return.
