Pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem! My husband and I dined here early on a Friday evening. We had the tofu and steak appetizers, Tom Yum soup, green curry, and coco-shrimp.Everything was delicious, flavorful, and came out hot! Service was prompt and efficient. We will definitely be back for dining in or take out in the future!

Almost didn't want to review because the secret would then get out. Very low key place, sparsely decorated yet comfortable, far from crowded. But the food is oh so delicious. Fresh ingredients, expertly prepared, flavors galore. Friendly service as well. No longer need to go into the city for good Thai food. Go now before it blows up and you can't get a table.

Chef Rudee is from Thailand and her traditional meals are the best in the area. We had Kanom Beuhng, classic Thai crepe filled with shrimp, coconut shreds, and tofu. Rudee’s Combo, shrimp, chicken, pork & beef stir-fried with mixed veggies in a sweet brown sauce. Also had pad Thai and the fried fish. Dessert included homemade coconut ice cream and mango sticky rice. The service, the food and location makes this a five star!

Always terrific food at rudees. The soups are delicious and very large and all of the dishes we get are always delicious. The crispy taro, thai basil, pad si ew, and all the curries and other signature dishes are so good. Never a disappointment.

This is NOT Thai!!!We ordered a fried rice but rice was porridge texture, it got chunks of tomatoes in it! Crispy fish was shocking, the fish came warped in tinfoil and sauce in a container which we couldn’t finger out if it’s sauce or soup (it got cauliflower, broccoli, mushrooms, green bell pepper and carrots in it) . I suspect that neighbor kids worked in the kitchen and made this order.

Mushy. No spice. Might try something else here, but kind of hard to mess up fried rice.

Everything Ive ordered here is prepared with care to perfection. The veggies are fresh. Sauces are so flavorful and spicy. Duck was crispy and delicious when I tried Diane’s dish.

Best Thai food in the area. I have eaten here/gotten takeout at least 30 times over the years. Never once had a mistake with my order the service is always excellent. The satay and pad Thai as well as curries are great but the real standouts are the amazing pork and peanut dumpling appetizer and the crispy tarot roots. My kids fight me for the roots.Great service, food and prices. Best Thai in the area easily I have tried many.

Fresh, flavorful, and well balanced, make sure you're prepared for the authentic levels of heat! There was plenty of parking when I went with my husband. The little strip it's in is unassuming, but the interior is cute, bright, and clean, and the service is fast and friendly! Loved the tangy flavors and fresh ingredients. Glad there's a good Thai spot nearby!

Best Thai food in the area. Everything we've tried has been great but some standouts are the green curry, chicken satay and som tum salad. Love that you get to choose the spice level (1 to 4) on most dishes too... the 3 is perfect for me

Rudee's Thai Cuisine is a cute find in the Bala Cynwyd/Wynnewood area. The location is a little secluded on the Main Line but worth going if you are not too far and are craving great Thai food. My friend and I went there around 7:45 P.M. after taking care of some goats and we're glad we did. The owner was really nice as she immediately sat us down and provided us with the menu. As we ordered our dishes, she warned us of Thai spice which can be very spicy for those who are inexperienced with spice. Thankfully she was nice enough to warn us. Our food was quickly cooked and served within 10 minutes and the food was delicious. My friend and I both ordered Egg Rolls which was rightly crisp and chunkier with a lot of filling than most I've had in the past. Then we both got Medium Spicy Basil and Pad Kimow, which was perfectly spiced and seasoned. Afterwards the owner and I had a nice conversation as fellow Asians about our ethnic and cultural origins and I even got to learn a new Thai word "Ka-pun" meaning "thank you". My friend was indeed impressed with the great quality to their Thai food and I would love to go back whenever I have a late evening craving for Thai food. Ka Pun Rudee's
