“We were greeted and seated immediately. Our table had crab cakes, grilled chicken, fried chicken and a seafood platter. The crab cakes were delicious and I believe better than some of our higher end restaurants.On another visit we had the lobster special and liver platter. The lobster is steamed perfectly and delicious. The liver was covered in onions and bacon along with a brown gravy.Great comfort food at any time of day.”

“We had a fantastic time at Angelo's. The pizza was excellent – authentic New York style. We tried both the white and red pies, and they were delicious. With our large group, the staff looked after us really well. They were attentive, and we all had a pleasant experience. It's conveniently located in the Wyoming Avenue plaza with plenty of parking. Well done to the team!”

“I stopped by to pick up a Chocolate Creme Pie for our friend and her FL guests that were going to a Funeral. She had always said she had "loved" this pie so I took it to them and "rave reviews".”

“You Need To Know? Arrived around 5;30 on a friday night & we bellied up to the bar. We ordered hot honey chicken bites, waffle fries, chicken cheese steak with mild sauce, and a BLT Club. The bartender was friendly, helpful, & efficient. He had our orders in quickly & ice cold drinks in front of us. The food did take some time to come out of the kitchen, but the bar food meals were excellent! Kate's Place will definitely be worth another visit. Plenty of TVs & a couple pool tables for some activity Good time! Now You Know! -TBH”

“This will be a different kind of review today. I'm at the Colonial Pancake House in Wyoming Pa on Wyoming Ave, also known as State Route 11. I have done a few videos from here before so I'm just going to do a write up review. I started off with a cup of chicken noodle soup which was nice and hot. “It's an alright Burger King location. Much better than the infamous one in Nanticoke that everyone in town hates but still eats there. Most of the staff is relatively nice except for a couple rude cashiers but that's just about everywhere I tend to go toVegetarian options: Impossible Whopper (even though I've heard it's disgusting, but I guess you be the judge)Parking: You can park in the BK lot or park over in Midway and walk down. I tend to ride the bus down there so I have to get off at Price Chopper and walk down but if you do that be careful. Traffic isn't horrible compared to a lot of the WB shopping centers, a lot of the people out here are much more courteous but still be careful. There's nutcases everywhere”

“What the hell happened to this place. Oh yeah, the Covid outbreak. We have been to Victory Pig several times. It’s been an institution since 1942. Friends of ours turned us on to it years back. We had my brother in law in town (post Covid) and had been telling him about their fantastic pizza for years. He wanted to try it so we took the over hour long drive to Wyoming PA. We get there expecting to have a seat and a meal. To our surprise (we should’ve checked before we left) they were only serving take out orders in the parking lot. To be fair they have always done this but you used to be able to sit inside. You pull up, the waitress comes to your car, she takes your order and you pay and wait. She comes back out with your food and you’re on your way. Well we didn’t want to travel all that way and not have the pizza so we ordered a couple of pies and went to a near by park and ate. Man it was as good as I remember it. My brother in law loves it. The sauce is slightly sweet, the cooked onions with the sauce under the cheese is phenomenal. Super crispy dough bottom and soft (but not to soft) top. They also have pulled pork sandwiches, fries and other items but we don’t mess with that. We go straight for the pizza. They actually will deliver to anywhere in the world. At least I think they still do ?. I hope they open up there seating again. Honestly I haven’t checked lately, I will. The interior has let’s say a nostalgic vibe.”

“It's McDonald's, nothing bad or overly good. The employees are respectful, and the food is what you would expect from a McDonald's establishment. The highlight from this particular establishment for me is that the food quality is always consistent .”

“I went yesterday March 29,2024 at 5:20 pm with my son and girlfriend it was a Great experience. We chose one of the igloos it was really comfy and beautiful. The waitresses and bartenders were attentive and we really felt Welcome. “A most charming stroll down memory lane. Lots of neat look-sees here and old fashioned candies. They do lots of ice cream orders and the ambiance is worth a drive there. The owner is so friendly and even uses the old time rolling ladder to reach those high up treats. If my kids were little, I would definitely inquire about a birthday party there. I found BROADWAY LICORICE ROLLS and was transported back to 1976. Thanks to all the kind workers at Ballyhoo's.”

“Authentic Mexican food — SO fresh! The salsa is amazing and there is a big variety of tacos prepared with traditional Mexican ingredients. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I had several questions about some items on the menu I was unfamiliar with- I learned a lot! Portion sizes are very generous -including the $7 Happy Hour Margaritas, which are made with fresh squeezed lime juice. No mixers here! My husband’s comment when we first tasted our food: “they definitely don’t take short cuts here”. This is a great addition to downtown WB - can’t wait to go back!”

“Traveled through the area and got takeout based on the Google reviews, and we were not disappointed. Online ordering was so convenient, pickup was fast and easy, and the staff were very friendly. The chimichangas were absolutely delicious. We got them fried with chicken. We also got the 3 combo with enchiladas and tacos and preferred the chicken enchiladas. Our order came with a ton of chips and delicious salsa. I'm so glad we found this gem ? also so affordable! We will be back!”

“This place is very good! I was told this place was Uruguayan and I was looking for some nice food in the area. I myself am from Uruguay and was curious to see if the meals would taste like authentic Uruguayan food. The quality of the food is pretty good, but I wouldn’t say all of the tapas resemble that Uruguayan flavor (such as the chorizo, which was pretty good, but definitely not Uruguayan flavor-wise). The milanesa, however, was extremely good, and close to what it would taste like in my country. But trust you can’t leave this place without getting dessert- I think the tiramisu could be my last meal on earth, no problem. I had the chance to speak to the chef as well, and she was very sweet! The place is small but cozy, has private parking, the service is great, and the prices are very reasonable. I’ll definitely be back!”

“This place is fantastic! Don’t let the small, corner location keep you away. I ordered this 5 hoagie platter for my birthday party and it was a huge hit with my family. This made it so much easier than ordering individual sandwiches for everyone. They slice the roll twice longways, leaving a barrier between the meat and veggies. It’s a brilliant idea that keeps the ingredients nicer longer. We will definitely be going back for more!”
