We stopped at the grill around 9:30 a.m. for a quick breakfast, and at first it felt a bit empty, likely because it was a weekday. As it got closer to lunchtime, the crowd steadily picked up, which quickly changed my initial impression. The space is quite large inside, allowing for comfortable spacing between guests. The wait staff was excellent, very attentive, consistently refilling coffee and checking in without being intrusive. Prices were reasonable for the setting, making it a solid option for a relaxed breakfast or early lunch stop.

If I could give zero stars I would. 17.98 for a Whopper with cheese, fries, onion ring and a shake. Might be the worst food I've ever had from any BK anywhere, and I've visited BK in many different locations and states, coupled with the fact that the person who handled my money then immediately actually touched my fries and onion rings with his bare hands while loading the bag, made me just throw those items in the trash when I arrived home. In addition, they handed me my already manhandled food why I waited several minutes for my shake, which also was absolutely awful, threw that in the trash as well after just a couple sips. STAY AWAY from this BK at all costs! And it is costly for absolutely horrible food.

Food is obviously pretty good. Dose take awhile to get your food. If you take the drive thru it’s colder than when they just hand you the food inside the building. I just thought that was kind of weird ngl. Place is very clean and I would go here more often if I ate fast food.

The service and wait time here is always slow 22 minutes on a sat morning
And week days are just as bad
Pull up to order ansnit takes 5 min tonecne get a person
Then the food lime is so slow
I'm sorry this has to be a management issue
It's the absolute worst I've ever seen

Worst Burger King franchises in the entire Wyoming valley. Extremely slow service. Understaffed. Food is good though. Just slower than molasses in the winter time. And idk why you guys don’t prepare mobile orders as soon as they come in? Like I’m not even supposed to be leaving work right now cause I’ll get in trouble that’s why I online order.

I love to order online everyday from this place and never had a problem with it til I ordered twice from the app. This old lady that works there has told me once that I should have had ordered my food on the register when I got there witch to remind you I ordered all the time about 15 20 mins in advance because of the drive from Mohegan to Wyoming. So I decided to ordered again today from the app and she ended up rolling her eyes at me and was all confused on how to work the register for the mobile app. How can you have people work there if they don't know how to use the register for the mobile app? This is not just once this is twice now. I definitely don't understand how they can have some rude people work for them and to be able to say what they wanna say or even roll their eyes at customers. Then they wonder why people are so rude to them. They can't even handle fast pace restaurants and yes I have worked at a burger king before and never been rude to any of the customers you know why because they are always right as the industry claims they are.

Drive-thru is open till 11:00 had to go through the drive-thru at 9:10 p.m. after if I could have a large milkshake and a chocolate sundae and I was told it was being cleaned and that there was no more milkshakes or Sundays available which I think is totally wrong they don't close till 11:00 should have milkshakes and Sundays till 10:00 p.m. was very disappointed ?
