The food was ok but the way they treated one of their employees was horrible. The customer made a mistake and dropped their money then they blamed the cashier. Then proceeded to make the employee go look for the money that the customer couldn't hold on to. Then proceed to keep getting on to them when it was clearly not their fault. Being Unprofessional and degrading to your employees leaves a bad workspace and eating environment.

I'm personally not a huge fan of McDonald's but my son wanted nuggets and fries. The service was patient with my son ordering and super friendly. His meal came out quickly as well. This is definitely the cleanest one I've ever been in from the front all the way to the restrooms. Keep up the good work!

It's Micky D's, what's not to love? Anywho this McDonald's is located on Union Street in Luzerne. Easy access from the cross Valley & its also located in a shopping center so it's basically a one-stop-shop for almost everything. This McDonald's has some of the friendliest people I've ever met, it's very clean and well-kept. Stop in and see for yourself!

Went to this location and order large fries. Every time I come to this location I only get half a container of fries. I called and they said it’s only 6oz of fries. They should lower the prices if they gonna rip people off on fries. Last time I’ll spend money at this location. Person on the phone was very rude.
