I’ve never seen a fast food place ignore the specifics on orders more than this location. They’ll stick a label on every item noting how you ordered it, and blatantly ignore those changes. If you, like me, get the occasional burger for your dog- better double check the onions were removed every single time you ordered because my goodness these guys would kill that dog time and time again. It’s like they add extra onions when you order it without.

I stood in line to order for over 10 mins and the employees refused to acknowledge my existence. At first I was the only one in line . It quickly filled up and they pretended we weren't there. If you value service you can go literally any where else in the valley to receive better. Don't waste your time. The prices are higher than ever and they have the nerve to give us even worse service than they used too. I'll pass.

The food was ok but the way they treated one of their employees was horrible. The customer made a mistake and dropped their money then they blamed the cashier. Then proceeded to make the employee go look for the money that the customer couldn't hold on to. Then proceed to keep getting on to them when it was clearly not their fault. Being Unprofessional and degrading to your employees leaves a bad workspace and eating environment.

I'm personally not a huge fan of McDonald's but my son wanted nuggets and fries. The service was patient with my son ordering and super friendly. His meal came out quickly as well. This is definitely the cleanest one I've ever been in from the front all the way to the restrooms. Keep up the good work!

This store is the worst, got attack my 3 mangers, and old lady manger grey hair slams the door in my face didn’t even let me finish what I was saying because like she said I’m right if I’m right, let me speak. People don’t wanna do their job. Hailey, Patrick & Ari were great!!! Definitely the best McDonald's I've been to in the area, very friendly & helpful especially with a young toddler who was amped up from Nova.
