Haven’t been to an Applebees in a VERY long time. Food was mediocre, but I still loved it anyway especially with the 2 for $25 deal. I’m really here to praise the amazing customer service. Instantly greeted at the door with smiles. Our server was friendly, happy and very attentive. The Manager (I believe DJ) checked on us a few times to make sure we were taken care of and he was very good with talking with the other tables as well to see how they were doing. Not a huge fan...

Jose has only been serving for two weeks, and he has such an amazing personality. He makes you feel welcomed, always comes to check on you, and has great conversation skills. Speaking to his manager, Ash, she stated that he has been getting many positive feedbacks, which he well deserves. Thank you, Jose, for the amazing services; we will definitely come back again.

Yo, shoutout to Whittany and Annlamar at Applebee’s they were straight-up amazing. Super caring and on point with the service. They really looked out for my little sis who’s got some food allergies made sure everything was safe for her and didn’t make a big deal about it, just handled it smooth.

At one point, she needed to hit the restroom and they even made sure she had a same-sex guide, which was super respectful and thoughtful. The whole vibe was comfy,...
