Ladies working there were nice but the one man that was there was incredibly rude. Yelled at my friend , took her three dollars cash, and when her card declined, he refused to cancel the order then was accusing her of trying to steal. Yelled at all three of us in front of other customers and sent my friend into a panic attack. And when we went to pick up the order, he was still yelling and was demanding we go get our friend that walked away in tears. Treated all three of us horribly but was sweet and kind to all other customers. We couldn’t even stay at the mall comfortably and just left the mall. Berkshire mall is dead for a reason.

Walked in when there was 3 employees a counter full of pre-cooked pretzels & no customers. The employees were too busy talking amongst themselves to take my order so I left empty-handed.

I went into the mall today, purchased a pretzel. Don't go here! The pretzel was old and stale! Not impressed at all with this place nor the lady behind the counter.

I saw on-line that some locations have a BACON AND CHEESE pretzel??? PLEEEEAAAAASE GET THAT AT YOUR BERKSHIRE MALL LOCATION!!!

I gave them 3 stars, because the employee was courteous and polite that took our orders, but my pretzel nuggets were dry and didn't have enough cinnamon/sugar sprinkled on them. Also, I asked for a mango flavored float drink. The syrup was all the way to the bottom. I was instructed to shake my drink for the syrup to mix in the float properly. I did shake it. Let's just say, that didn't work at all and I kept getting a mouth full of syrup. Won't be going back at all.

Crowded staff working within close quarters. Did nothing to prevent guests from crowding me and my OPEN food container. When I asked the worker to tell everyone to back up he nervously chuckled and DID NOTHING! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

I was watching as they made my order and they were not wearing any standard protection esstials when dealing with making customer food in general. No hair or beard nets nor gloves when packing my pretzels. Don't know why everyone is giving the place 5 - stars???!??, maybe they actually LIKE and don't mind people dealing with thier food with NO GLOVES god only knows what they were doing before. Hugh... if so, thats really gross ?.
