Service is usually slow and I absolutely hate the drive-thru window, it has a curb and a curve, so you can't get too close to the window without hitting it. The last time I went here to meet friends, my friends had his car hit in the lot, but no note or anything. It's not a shopping center I like to go to normally.
I literally sat in line for an hour trying to get two cheeseburgers. Now I know why I don’t go to Burger King anymore.

Worst place ever. I waited in the drive thru line for almost 30 minutes but when I got to the window they didn't even have my order. Never go back again. If I can rate 0 stars I will do it.

The current time I'm posting this is at 7:40pm. They close the lobby at 10pm every day. Myself, my father and my brother attempt to go inside to eat in the lobby and the doors were ALL LOCKED. We saw other customers eating inside, one person waiting in line, and we saw workers and managers sitting down and messing around in the lobby. Very unprofessional and a bad experience.
