Slow....30 minutes to order a whopper jr and fry. After a 39 minute wait the entire meal was cold and not good. This is the second time in a 2 month period there was a long wait and cold food. I will not be going here again

Lunchtime or not I should not be waiting in a drive through line for 25 minutes for a single sandwich that comes out burnt and no napkins in the bag.

Food gets horrible each time. I ordered a cheeseburger with nothing on it an got jalapeno pepper on it..had an allergic reaction and had to waste my food/ throw it away. Ordering from Doordash gave me the same issues. Management need to do better just in case of allergies that can lead to severe situations. I will never eat from the Wyomissing area again.

Food was lukewarm at best. Now have signs up at their best parking spots for delivery drivers only so screw you if you wanted to be an eat in customer and not get trapped in the spaces behind the drive thru lanes.

UPDATE: got my food after 32 minutes in the drive thru. The TWO employees were doing their best. BK is the worst for not hiring more help and paying them better. This is the slowest nonchalant BK I have ever seen. I am in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Never has this ever happened. The don’t care. Shut this one down.

I tried the new spongebob bundle, it was delicious, the burger, the frozen drink, the shortcake, but the only reason I didn't give it a 5 star, is because the bacon tatortots weren't good, it was too much cheese in my opinion. But besides that, I highly recommend buying it.

Onion rings were very soggy and cold. Burger was good but soda machine was out of everything on this day 11/16/2025. Only HiC orange lava I don't like this one. I prefer Minute Maid Lemonade.. oh and no ice. Had to ask them to put ice in my cup.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but at this point I think I should. Every single time, and I mean every single time I order food from this specific location my food it’s always cold, always. I wouldn’t care if this was just occasionally, because I understand that sometimes they are busy or there is just too much going on, but it’s not okay that every time I visit this location they can’t give me my food at least warm.
