If I could leave a zero star for service I would. I placed a mobile order over 30 mins ago being told no they didn’t forget I just have to wait they are so understaffed. However the kitchen is full and no one is working a counter but we have the drive thru shut down. There is a single girl running the entire show while all of the guys mess around this poor girl deserves a raise
The place was disgusting short staffed drive threw person talking front cashier not cleaning lobby then they wanted to have an attitude when they were told the lobby was dirty and complained they were short staffed NO SUPERVISOR WAS ON THE CLOCK and then the workers wanted to talk about the complaint unprofessional tables weren’t cleaned floor was dirty and had a spilled that was there before I even got to the restaurant 5th street highway would never let its store look like that!!

We went to Burger King to have lunch and was DECLINED service. They were very understaffed but instead of closing the store they just told us they were only taking DoorDash orders and that is it. I found it very unwelcoming and that they should have a hiring sign if they are this understaffed. Worst experience ever!!!!

The staff at this facility are so unprofessional with shouting profanity across the counter to letting customers stand while going out into the dining room to flirt with a patron.
It appears they think it's a nightclub and they are there to socialize rather than work.
The food is a whole other issue. Meat is burnt and dry, toppings are omitted. The dining room is filthy with trash falling out of the cans onto the floor. I can only imagine the kitchen status.
I will not be returning to this facility and in my opinion management, if there is any, needs to clean house and hire people who want to work.

First time I went the drive through was shut down due to staff calling off. 2nd time I went employees were on their phone while preparing food. The food was clearly over cooked and sitting while the fries cooked. The burgers were overcooked and dried out. Plenty of decent places to eat nearby, so ill try those instead

The workers were very unorganized and didn't care that there was a line waiting. I worked places before and with a good manager you could have less people and be faster. You need to incentivize efficiency and innovation instead of squander it. The workers seemed lossed how to be efficient, I'm blaming management. I ordered 15 minutes in advance on the app waiting in the parking lot and I had to wait at least 5 minutes inside.

Tonite went in late coming home from airport. Staff were fighting and using foul language. Girl with green hair was mopping the floor with dirty water and throwing chairs around the dining room and knocking them over. Very unpleasant experience.
The slowest service of any burger king in history. I have given this location literally so many chances. Its awful. You just wait and wait and wait until you finally give up and pull out of line. Not to mention they're always out of multiple items. I said it 10 times already but I will never ever go to that location again.

Wow. Maybe if workers spent less time on their FaceTime they’d get orders right! Unfortunately never gave me a receipt so I have no idea if I paid for my missing item nor can I even fill out the survey. I appreciate them putting my two drinks in a carrier but I didn’t need it and politely asked to just have the two cups and I got eye rolled about it. If you hate your job that much get another one. But with that kind of attitude- probably can’t.

There are definitely worse restaurants in the world, but this place is rough. I've never gotten a correct order, and honestly the people seem overworked and stressed. Employees have even been assaulted here.
