Located on the second level of the Berkshire Mall (food court). Accessible via stairs, escalators, and elevator. Staff were friendly. Busy as a typical CFA. This one does not have the drive through option, but you are able to order ahead and do carry out on your phone. There is also food court seating avialable. There are other restaurants nearby such as pizza shops, chinese, etc. if someone in your party does not want CFA.

Do I really even need to write a rating?? Chick fil a is the best literally THE best. They never have anything dry like mcdonalds cough ?. And their mac and cheese is to die for even though I’m lactose intolerant ima still eat it cause it’s just that good.

Its a standard Chic Fil A which means it is high quality. One of the few places at Berkshire Mall that doesnt result in "issues." Friendly staff. I keep my reviews as professional as possible but I just cant stop laughing at the review below of the person who drove 45 minutes for Berkshire Mall food court food and was disappointed...☠️?☠️
