My husband birthday was today (8/05) and my waiter Savannah was very nice. Our food came out fast, my order was right and she had great suggestions. She definitely made our stay one to remember ❤️

Congratulations to the management at this Chili's. Service was vastly improved since my last visit. Seating was quick, server was attentive, food value was good (bought a menu special deal). Only glitch was an overcharge (corrected by request) which server blamed on AI.

First time going to Chili's. Large selection of items and was a tough choice. The food was very good and the service was excellent.

My friend and I went due to the viral mozzarella sticks. Honestly they weren’t bad just not my thing. The problem was, I ordered a brisket quesadilla and my friend ordered a chicken quesadilla. The chicken quesadilla definitely had pre-cooked, microwaved chicken in it, along with bagged shredded cheese. So it was just bites of rubber chicken and clumps of half melted cheese, in a tortilla soaked in butter. As for mine, it was again, definitely store bought, pre-made pulled pork on a butter soaked tortilla with clumps of cheese that wouldn’t melt. I literally gagged watching my friend take a bite of her food. The waitress was nice, but the place did stink. We just left. I paid for the meal even though only 3 collective bites were taken out of both entrees, and I even tipped. I told the waitress something came up and we left. She did ask if she could box it up, but I just didn’t even want to pretend like I’d eat that later. Never again.

Friendly atmosphere, the hostess and waitress were very friendly and provided great customer service. I ordered the Nashville hot mozzarella sticks and the bacon rancher. The only compliant I would have is I wish the mozzarella sticks were spicier. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will visit again

So first off I want to state this: our server was fine. That was really the only good thing about our visit yesterday.

Everything there just felt overpriced and was pretty lackluster-not like the Chilis I grew up loving.

First off, I ordered the 6$ Berry Dragon margarita and it was definitely not worth 6$. The glass wasn’t filled all the way, there was barely any salt on the rim, and it was more ice than actual drink.

And the nachos. 11$ for a handful of overcooked tortillas with cheese on them and a pittance of lettuce, tomato, sour cream etc etc. If you want to be ripped off, order them. Their nachos used to be a huge plate of chips with all the works-so what happened???? What we were given were NOT nachos.

My husband and I ordered the brisket quesadillas, and I asked for no jalapeño. 2/8 of the pieces on my plate had no jalapeño-the rest did. I don’t even understand how the kitchen messed that up.

I didn’t say anything at the time because I didn’t want the server to be blamed but honestly my experience was so bad food wise, I’m not sure if I’ll ever be back.

Went to grab a couple burgers, fríes, and waters. First time experience was almost worthy of all five state. The service was kind and generous and went out of their way to serve.. the only thing i didn’t like were the fries i found them to be very dry but great when doused in ketchup and there wasn’t enough ketchup but the burgers were fully cooked through how I prefer and the bacon was well done as well.bathroom was clean and rest of establishment
