I haven’t been to chilis in years. I was happy my friend reminded me about this place. We were a large group and seated fairly quickly even on a Friday night . Definitely hard to come by a meal these days for $12 including drinks. My fries were cold and no salt - but if that’s the worst thing it’s not so bad. Our waitress was A ROCKSTAR !!!! Ebony did awesome with a huge group - getting refills, meeting our requests with a smile and yes mam.
Atmosphere I would have given 5 except it was really loud and table next to us had a bird. Even if emotional support animal that is disgusting.

First time visiting a Chilis, I loved the food but I don’t think I’d visit this location again. The waiter provided very poor service and I’m not very hard to please. However, I still tipped. Don’t recommend

Visiting Chili’s Grill & Bar on Meridian Blvd was once akin to returning to a cherished narrative, comforting in its familiarity—each bite a flavorful callback, each dish a well-written chapter. Among these chapters, their iconic chicken and waffles stood as my personal favorite—a perfectly balanced blend of sweet and savory, an essential narrative beat in my culinary journey.

Yet, on my latest visit, I was met with abrupt disappointment: the chicken and waffles had vanished from the menu, removed quietly and without explanation. Imagine a treasured scene removed from your favorite film, leaving a jarring gap where nostalgia once lived. The absence of this staple left me unsettled, transforming a joyful dining experience into something empty, incomplete.

When questioning staff about the sudden omission, the response was dismissive, indifferent—like developers shrugging off passionate feedback from loyal fans. The restaurant's identity felt compromised, trading warmth and familiarity for an unfeeling, corporate efficiency.

Removing such a beloved item doesn’t just alter a menu—it undermines the very reason guests like myself choose to return. The comforting storyline I once enjoyed at Chili's is now fractured, replaced by an unsatisfying emptiness. Until they choose to restore this essential dish, my narrative here concludes prematurely, marked by frustration and disappointment rather than fond memories.

An experience once beloved, now sadly unrecognizable.

Tanner is an amazing team member. He exudes the best vibe and personality and really made our last experience, at this location, to be the best one yet! As a past restaurant manager, I can tell you this man has a great future in the hospitality industry! Young, energetic and very driven young man. Oh yeah, the good was amazing as well. One thing they could improve on is a water filtration system because their water has a horrible aftertaste.

We got seated right away, staff was very nice, food was okay but not too flavorful but came out quickly.

A few complaints is that the menu is slightly confusing due to it's size, the prices are very high for the quality of food but tbh it's expected at this point and my silverware was very visibly dirty while dining in, other than that it was nice dining experience.

Also apparently the chips and slasa they sit on your table are NOT free, they're $5 yet they will not tell you this 🙄. DO NOT BRING FOOD THAT WASN'T ORDERED UNLESS IT'S FREE.

Well, I recommend it. I was delighted. You can have a good time with your family at the same time. Dislike the menu, which is excellent. They offer variety. The staff at the place are friendly. Visit it. You'll love it.
