My first and last time going to that spot. I told the young lady I was a first time customer. I then ordered a bison wrap with sweet potato wafers. I didn't have to wait long because there was only one other person in the store. She brought me my meal. I should've took a picture. The sweet potato wafers were burnt on the end and they were hard like potato chips. So I called her back over to tell her that I'm not satisfied with these and that they were not up to my expectations, It was five of them and they were cold. I don't want them. I ordered sweet potato waffle fries not chips. She tells me that's the way people like 'em. They don't look like that on the picture In their advertisement. She goes away and then hollers over to me. Was I using cash or card to pay for another batch. I said I'm not buying them. You gonna have to replace these. She told me no. That's when I got out of my seat and walked over to her and explain to her that I am very humble, but this is unacceptable. I'm not buying some more. She told me to hold on, I went back and sat down. On top of that, I asked for extra southwest sauce on my wrap and I didn't get that either. Eventually, the cook brought me out a nice batch that looked like the advertisement and they were hot. I showed him the other bats, and he said, the same thing, people like them that way. Let's be serious. Those waffle fries were sitting under the lamp or in the basket over the oil. An he dipped them in the oil and served em to me. They were hard and all broke up. I'm mad at myself for not taking the picture so. Other customers can see that I am not over exaggerating. Customer service is hard to find these days and that's what makes a business. It was only one other customer in that store. An I should have been treated like a first time customer should. I would never spend another one of my hard earned dollars in that store.
Certainly would love to eat here, but Berkshire mall has every direction gated off. Can't even get inside to eat...like what the actual hell?? Severely dissappointed.

I love their meal orders and take out. The Philly flatbread is my favorite. I buy their meals each week for lunches at work, microwave 2 min.
Parking: Mall parking situation - the mall has most of their lot closed due to sinkholes. Closest parking is to drive where Sears used to be and turn right at the corner of the stote and you can park there between the mall and highway. Walk into the main hall entrance and go straight across.
Awesome service, great prices and delicious food. Definitely recommend it to anyone.

I get meals from CleanEatz frequently. I am never disappointed. They’re quick and healthier than anything else I eat and always rotating their menu. An added plus is how much money I’m saving by stocking up on their freezer meals rather than ordering out all the time.

Not enough could ever be said about this place. The food is great and the employees are wonderful. The owners are AMAZING people as well. If you ask me what my favorite thing to eat is, I would tell you EVERYTHING! From the build your own bowls, to the wraps & flatbread, to the pre-made meals... there is no wrong choice. Their protein smoothies are fantastic as well but I am partial to the Chocolate Covered Strawberry. If you have ever thought about trying.... think no more and just GO!!!
Parking: As of right now in December and leading into January, you need to park in the back of the mall and enter through a door in the back. Then walk to the front of the mall towards the pizza shop. You have to essentially go back outside to get to their front door which is facing the TJ Maxx on the other side of the street.
