I love this location. The staff here are the kindest, most attentive, courteous girls, and they’re always so welcoming and fun! They move the drive through customers so quickly and efficiently, and I know that my food and drink will be consistently good. They remember regulars, too!

Female with the dark brown hairs attitude at the take out window every time we order is completely rude. Gave her my military id to prove my identity and she gave me the stank eye and said “I don’t need this”

the most rude service ive ever been given for no reason. They werent busy whatsoever and yelled at my friend and i “if you want to order we can take you over here”. They didnt even look at us while saying it so we were confused if they were actually talking to us. Then she repeated it one again even more rudely, and then proceeded to be dismissive and simply mad that they had customers?

I asked the person taking my order if they could explain what went into their ice coffee, because I have always found that Dunkin Donuts iced coffee was WAY too sweet - so much so that I couldn't even drink it. They told me that I could reduce the amount of flavoring, sugar, and cream that goes into it so that I could get it to taste more like coffee and less like sweet milk. They put only 2 cream, 2 sugar, and 2 vanilla instead of the 5 they would normally put in a large iced coffee, and it was perfect. Tasted just perfect. Thanks for taking the time to explain and for being nice about it (and not snarky!) Will return.

Might be helpful if you guys had a sign lit up indicating if the store was open or not. Half the time the lights are off for the store
Most miserable and rude workers EVER!! Look, I don't need over the top service just a simple good morning, give me my food and I'm on my way. What I don't need is to be met with utter contempt the second I pull up to the drive thru that only gets worse throughout the transaction. And the manager is the one with the worst attitude of all! Maybe find a new job if this one makes you so miserable!

I have a doctor that I have a appointment with in the area. So as soon as I leave, I drive straight down to this particular dunkin donuts location. Because it's close, convenient and the coffee is excellent! I go to the drive thru most of the time, but occasionally i go inside too. The establishment is always clean, neat, and a pleasant atmosphere. This is due to the employees and the great training by a good friend of mine (we'll call "M"). The coffee is always fresh and delicious as is the food that they serve. I highly recommend this location. As you know, dunkin donuts is a franchise, so some locations are better than others. But this location gets 5 ⭐'s from me.
