Bacon egg and cheese bagel, a donut and coffee. Almost ten bucks! Check out their idea (below) of a dark toasted bagel. Coffee was bitter. Threw away half of a 20 dollar bill for this? I won't be back.

Went to the drive through and asked for a minute. The guy said don’t take long we close in 5 min. Okay, can we have a strawberry donut? We’re out of donuts. Can I have a sausage egg crescent? No, we can’t make food we close in 5 minutes. Then we asked why they are even open for these last 5 minutes? We said we’re leaving a review and the guy hung out the window to yell at us while driving by.

Careless and disrespectful employees at this location, served cold food , and when I complaint they did apologize and denied Also the phone number on receipt or in Google never work. Pathetic staff and careless owner. They offered me replacement or money back but I didn’t accept either because the way they responded the complaint was not appropriate.Value your money go somewhere else.

Coffee flavoring was almost non-existent. Couldn't tell the red velvet had any flavor in the iced drink. The cinnamon roll wasn't fresh. Overall subpar.

Went through the drive through this morning for a doughnut and avocado toast. I pulled up to the drive through and the lady answering the drive through was very rude. I then pulled up to the window were they ignored me for a couple of minutes and then proceeded to hand me my doughnut and pull forward for my toast. Which I did. Once they ran it out to me the lady mumbled something to me and I said “sorry what?” And she got really rude with me and was like “um your toast? It’s done?” Like why the attitude I’m sorry I didn’t hear you the first time. First time coming here and will probably be the last. You cannot work in a customer service faced job if you’re going to have an attitude and act like you hate your job.

I stopped in this store to put extra $$ on my DD card. I was told to wait which I did. I then noticed the lights weren’t on over the register where I was standing. Thinking the register was closed, I moved to the pick up area. I was immediately scolded for “not being patient “ then I was verbally abused by this person. It was only deep breathing, prayer, and instant forgiveness that allowed me to finish the transaction! There are very serious problems at this store and upper management better start paying attention. If you don’t have to go to this store, don’t!!!

I put my order in 15 minutes before showing up. Coffee, snacking bacon and a doughnut. When I got there, my coffee was quickly handed to me no problem. The woman at the window asks me if I had something else confused. I told her everything I ordered and saw a stack of stickers just sitting there. She walked over, grabbed the two stickers that were mine and dissappeared. I was in the window for 5 minutes waiting, when she finally appeared with three burnt pieces of bacon. Then she shuts the window and proceeds to stand on her phone. I beeped my horn and another person opened the window exactly two minutes later and says “small coffee right?” I said no that I was still waiting for a doughnut. He rolls her eyes and asks me which flavor. I told her. While waiting for that, the original barista opens the window and says what’s the problem, I told her that I was still waiting for my doughnut and asked her if she did t receive the order correctly in their system? No response. Someone else appeared and gave my the doughnut. Exactly 12 minutes was spent in this window telling three people what my order was to only get three burnt pieces of bacon and a stale specialty doughnut. In thinking back, the reason I stopped coming to this one was because 1. The customer service is an issue, and 2. I was one of the victims that had their credit card info stolen by a former employee of their years back and had to fight to get the items that were charged removed with the fraud department at my bank. Avoid this one if you can. Nothing has changed!

They have the rudest ladies working there! If they don’t like their jobs, they need to stay home! I was putting my ice coffee in my cup holder, I guess it was taking to long for her and she put the only face on and huffed and puffed! Every time I go there it’s a problem!Dietary restrictions: No caffeine

So I don’t recommend dunkin sandwiches as a rule, they are great in a pinch, but the business model doesn’t allow for it to be “great”But it’s always consistent and fast!
