From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. The customer service was great. The new manager Brandon was very polite and made sure everything was running smoothly from my observation. It seemed really team friendly. Everyone had a smile on their face. The food was delicious. The place was very clean. 10/10. 5Star for sure. 🙌🏽

I won't be returning to this restaurant. Our food took 1 hour and 30 minutes to arrive, despite the place not being crowded. Once it did, we found several items were missing, which caused an additional 20-minute delay. The food quality was also disappointing: the pancakes had a strange taste that my kids refused to eat, and my omelet was cold.

I was really looking forward to ihop because i hadn’t had it in a long while so when i went there today, Friday July 4th and everything happened the way it did, i left highly disappointed. Two people came after us and they got served before us. The pancakes are undercooked, not just a little bit like they were gooey and mushy. The pancakes kept breaking apart, I couldn’t even dip it in my syrup without it tearing apart into tiny pieces. It kept falling off the fork because of the consistency. The sausages didn’t taste right, they didn’t taste cooked. My food (the pancakes) didn’t even come out hot, they came out lukewarm almost cold. and not even 10 minutes after we had began eating. We were still eating, and nowhere near done and she just put the check on the table with a ‘I’ll leave this for you’ didn’t ask if we wanted anything else or how our food was just delivered the check and left again. I believe my waitress’s name is Carrie S (I might be wrong I just seen it on the receipt) it was also way to cold, it felt like I was walking into a freezer.
