I went there with family and friends. We waited over 45 minutes for our food and the place was not packed. Also after waiting all that time the food was not like we asked for. I do not recommend this place. I am actually shocked they are still open. The service was not good at all. The tables were dirty. I will never go back nor recommend this location to anyone.

Ihop #5502, 2701 Meridian Blvd., Wyomissing, Feb. 12: five violations. Two fry baskets being used in the fryer area are not in good repair or condition. Observed an accumulation of standing water and dirt-debris on the floor of the utility closet near the ice machine. Corrected. Observed the accumulation of debris on shelves throughout the facility and the floor of the walk-in cooler. Stand fan being used at the cookline observed with accumulation of dust. Paper towel dispensers empty at the handwash sinks in the cookline, dish, and expo areas. Corrected.Food facility inspection indicates evidence of rodent/insect activity. Facility is continuing with their pest control program.

Everything that was done on this night was acceptable due to the condition of no employees and being short staffed. My waitress was awesome. She is a human not a robot. Management needs to do better at this particular establishment. One waitress 15 guest and getting belittled and cursed out is not acceptable.

To start off, the people that work here are always so kind! They are very easy going and are on top! As for the food… it is either great or not so great, depends on what time you go and if they are busy. The atmosphere; it needs some updating and cleaning. - It is IHOP, it’s not a fancy establishment. Overall, still a better IHOP that I’ve been to.Parking: 40+ spots. Lots of handicap parking.
